We endured a 15-night stay at the hotel, where they assigned us a room next to a noisy night club. Despite requesting a room change, they claimed it wasn't possible. To add to the frustration, they notified us on the first day that water would be shut off from 11 am to 7 pm for one day. But unfortunately hotle Canada keeped turning off the water for 3 days.When we contacted them to express our concerns and seek compensation, they refused to assist. Our experience was unpleasant, and we won't be returning. We sought Orbitz's help for a refund, but the hotel repeatedly claimed the manager was unavailable when contacted by Orbitz.
