Very well located and friendly staff but …the suite 404A where we stayed needs an overall update ; the bathroom cabinet doors looks awful, the towels are very old, the living room sofa and chair are too big and old looking, the dining room chairs need new fabric because they had many stains, the sink looked dirty so … hope they do better maintenance and renew some of the furniture. We had to walk 1 block to another location for the breakfast that was included in the rate we paid.

rooms don't have windows to the outside, desk chair was disgustingly stained, bed sheets were not clean, too much noise, bed uncomfortable.

1. there is not air conditioning and fan, it is extremely hot 2. the kitchen is not working, you have to go to another hotel to take your breakfast 3. there are not hangers inside closets 4. Is very noisy 5. The manager doesn’t have solutions for nothing 6. TV system fails every time

Our experience here was awful. Beds were hard as rock, Rooms without AC, fan or Heat so the same whether outside is the same weather in the bedroom, In our case it was too warm so we opened one window but the noise from the water pump kept us awake all night. We begged for a fan, so we can close windows, and the person on duty said all fans were used by other guests, they didn’t have more to provide; we asked him to please check the water pump and he said next day they will check. I asked him for a refund because we needed to find another hotel to stay but he said he didn’t have the power to authorize it, and next morning when we asked to speak with the manager it was her day off. So nothing was done and we ran away from this hotel exhausted and losing money. Please save yourself from all of these.

Good place for the money

Buenas condiciones de la propiedad, falta organizar la recepción, son solo vigilantes y para el check out no estaba y tuve que esperar más de diez minutos , el desayuno que ofrecen según continental , no había fruta , ni pan , solo dos señoras que ofrecían lo que podían , muy limitado el desayuno

Es un edificio de departamentos convertido en hotel como muchos en esa zona de la ciudad, la remodelación tiene buenos acabados, sin embargo creo que no se puede considerar como un hotel en realidad ya que carece de varias características importantes, como son el que no cuenta con restaurante dentro del edificio, parece ser que tienen un convenio con un edificio a una cuadra de distancia en el que si tienen restaurante y es donde te sirven el desayuno que incluye... a considerar positivo es el que nuestro cuarto tenía dos habitaciones por separado una con cama King y otra con Queen, así como una pequeña cocineta que funciona muy bien para tener alimentos y prepararlos si tu estancia es un poco más larga... las camas tienen buena ropa y son muy confortables... el baño estaba muy bien y el agua salía de muy buena temperatura... cuenta con estacionamiento lo cual es una parte muy positiva... lo que tienen que mejorar son detalles en los que el personal tiene que poner más atención, como que nos entregaron primero una habitación sencilla y ya después de reclamar nos dieron la que si habíamos pagado... el baño no tenía papel y solo un par de toallas cuando se pagó por 4 huéspedes... el desayuno es bastante sencillo... eso sí, todo el personal muy amable... espero mejoren esos aspectos porque si vale la pena el lugar...

LAS TOALLAS SON UNA PORQUERIA CON HOYOS , FALTABAN KLEENEX, PAPEL SANITARIO, SUCIO, SE SOLICITARON PERO NUNCA LLEGARON, EL RESTAURANTE ESTA EN OTRO EDICFICIO Y EL DESAYUNO ES REALMENTE MALO Y ESCASO. NO VUELVO A HOSPEDARME AHI. SIN DUDA
