The room was modern and clean. The staff were helpful and kind.
We stayed five nights and found this to be an excellent area for walking around the historic area.
The vintage elevator was a bit loud at night but added charm and character for the setting.
I would stay here again!

This hotel is excellent and in the best location. Rooms are spacious and more like apartments with a kitchen, dining room, walk-in closet, etc. William and Jose Luis are always around to take care of your needs, as well as to provide security to the property and all guests. Carmen is a delight to speak with, and is there to help you throughout your stay. The staff is wonderful at giving recommendations, directions, and fixing any issues promptly. My family and I will be returning to this property in the future. I highly recommend Casa Herrmann Suites. You will not be disappointed!

Casa Herrmann was great!! Friendly staff, perfect location and super clean rooms. We really enjoyed just relaxing on the balcony and we were able to cook in the in suite kitchen. Alejandra was so helpful and gave us great recommendations, I will definitely come back here.

Location is very good, can walk anywhere within minutes for local food or shopping. Staff are what made the difference here. From the front door to the cleaning staff everyone was so attentive.
Thanks for the genuine hospitality. Highly recommend.

My stay at Casa Herrmann suites was perfect. It was in a great location near Zócalo, the suite was extremely clean, and the staff were wonderfully helpful. Mauricio and Brian worked the front entrance and were always ready to provide help. Carmen knew every detail about the rooms and made sure my stay was very comfortable. I can’t say enough about how helpful Alejandra was with orienting me to the area, providing suggestions for restaurants and answering questions about Mexico City. Each of them made my stay so comfortable and inviting that I will absolutely stay there again when I’m in Mexico City. I highly recommend Casa Herrmann Suites and the wonderful staff who made my week stay so comfortable and perfect.
