Being an American on their first trip to Italy, this hotel suited every need you may think of. Firstly, the owners go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Next would be the location, you get to be in a nice quiet area to sleep, but also you are within a couple KMs of Funo Centrale where you can catch a train to most of the major cities to cross off your bucket list. Finally the amenities, along from the option of a fabulous breakfast you can sit out back on the patio and unwind and converse with friends. This staff goes the extra mile with surprise cakes, and tips on where to go in the cities. I stayed there for almost 3 months and would definitely stay longer if my work visa let me. Kudos to this beautiful Residence.

Situated in the countryside away from the main roads , Alle Scuole is a great place to stay - it even has an elevator !
The manager waited for us just a little after 9pm (which was the limit for the check in timing) and we highly appreciate that gesture
The room was very clean and quiet, and we loved the decor (plus the banana bread!)
Thank you once again for the lovely stay and we hope to revisit in the future ;)

Residencial muito carateristica da zona. Era uma antiga escola transformada em residencial /hotel. Tudo muito limpo, com um aroma maravilhoso. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade e qualidade! Parabéns particularente à colaboradora Cláudia que sempre se demonstrou muito atenciosa e prestável. Bem localizado, muito perto de bolonha (15 minutos). Recomendo vivamente. Voltaremos em breve.
