The property was all that we thought it would be. Wyndham is a great place to go to when you want a clean and safe place to stay.

We were in the Phoenix area for one night for a spring training game. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the manager who was very friendly, welcomed us and asked us to make an honest review. The place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a pancake machine, pre-cooked eggs, cereal, bread, juice, yogurt, etc. The only fruit was oranges. It would have been nice to have some bananas and apples, but it was very sufficient. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is that there was some wear on doors and other places that were somewhat worn and could have used some paint or stain to bring them up to a more attractive standard. However, we felt that the cleanliness, friendliness and comfort were excellent, and we would stay there again. I might add that there is a Waffle House next door and a WalMart within walking distance.

We checked in after 11 pm, and the desk agent was super friendly and accommodating. Though the building appeared to have a face-lift, the doors to the building were old and finicky. We were on the ground floor, so we did have gnats come up in the bathtub, and I did squish a bug or two. The complimentary breakfast had options and was tasty. The hottub was nice, but the pool felt a little chill in Feb.

Great place, spent 4 nights. Clean, comfortable, friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. Like that the reservation was refundable without paying extra.

The bathroom was very clean, the bed and linens clean and comfortable, but the desk had something sticky on the top like pine sap and the chair and ottoman in the room were stained and filthy. They desperately need cleaning or replacement. The staff were very friendly and professional. The daily breakfast was great and the area was immaculately clean with friendly & helpful staff.
