Very nice property. The only thing lacking was that the phones and tv didn’t work for the 6 nights that we were there.

Beautiful hotel in excellent condition. The studio suite was perfect. From the full size refrigerator and microwave. To the comfy couch and bed. Loved this hotel. The breakfast was good quality as well. The scones are amazing. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip through Mesa Gateway airport. Would be perfect for an extended stay in the area.

An overnight to spend time with our son and daughter-in-law. No restaurant inside the hotel and no option to purchase alcohol, unless you wanted to walk across the street to the grocery store. Our rate was $310/night for a very basic hotel experience, not worth the room rate.

We were unable to make it to the hotel on the first night of our booking due to being stranded in a snowstorm in the Payson area. We called the hotel and they were very helpful in doing a "check-in" for us so we wouldn't lose our booking (would have been nice if they had "comped" the room since our absence was not of our doing); we appreciated them giving us that option.

The entire property was kept in new condition, the rooms were clean & well appointed, and beds were comfortable. We relaxed often in the excellent hot tub and heated pool. My family enjoyed the clean, well-planned city, with excellent choices for dining, walkable proximity to grocery, and beautiful mountains surrounding us everywhere we went.

This is our second time coming to this hotel. Suites are spacious. This hotel is very clean, quiet, and feels safe. Will definitely stay here again.

We were on a Youth Conference trip. The suites worked out great because the chaperones could be in the room but have a separate sleeping space. One of the girls left a ring in the room, and the staff found it and kept it for us until we could come back for it several hours later.

The hotel is in a good location, breakfast is excellent, the front desk staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are very clean with a choice of pillows on the very comfortable bed.
