I liked your staff and the janitor - immensely helpful.
I did not like the sex noises coming from the room next door - they were playing loud music and that didn't work to mask the obscene moans! What if I had kids in my room! I called the front desk to report it, and nothing was done - you all need to put up signs to curb this behaviour!

Lots of gorgeous outdoor covered areas. Amazing views. Ocean breezes made the property very comfortable. Beautifully colored home with everything you need.

We are so glad we found this pet-friendly hotel 5 blocks from the tourist center. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and very quiet. We could sit with our dog on the terrace and have breakfast. Will definitely use again.

litle bit to noisy at night from a bar close by

Excellent service. As a parent of a child with autism its hard to find places where my son is comfortable but this hotel surpassed all expdctaions. Highly recommended and when i go back to merida will stay here for sure 👌

I like it’s location, it is close to downtown and all of its amenities. I didn’t like the hotel conditions, and they did not respect the previously room fees and they ended up charging more than agreed at the time of booking.
