Clean and large rooms. Classic styling. Great breakfast. Staff helpful. Easy parking. Highly recommend if in Mentor

This hotel was a centralized location for us and made it easy to get to the places we needed to go. It is close to good resturants and their restaurant is excellent. There was always fresh coffee in the lobby 24 hrs. I really enjoyed that. Nothing worse than being an early riser & no coffee. (I prefer brewed vs the room coffee). The staff was excellent! Friendly, courteous, always willing to help. Listened to our needs and very attentive. Rare quality now a days. The free buffet breakfast is basic, but met our needs. Always hot & fresh. Very thankful on a shoestring budget. I would (&probably) will stay again. We are beginning to share in caretaking responsibilities in Concord.

It was my third year bringing the new year at Best Western Plus Mentor. I love the peace and quiet. The suites are always nice and clean. I love the area too. It’s not far from the highway, shopping, plenty of restaurants. There’s also a movie theater not too far away from the hotel. I would definitely recommend it. I don’t this you would e disappointed.

The only issue is that when we checked in on the 23rd, I told the front desk we would only be staying for 3 nights. They said that since we booked through *******, we could not cancel the 4th night, and we got stuck for it. We tried to contact *******, but got no satisfaction. I will never book anything trrough ******* again.

Booked the king suite with microwave and fridge and well worth the price. Would have liked to have had an indoor pool to use.

The historical hotel is going through some changes as they have leased out the bar and restaurant. Thank goodness they have retained Anne who is an absolute gem.
