The operations manager was friendly and checked me in quickly and the maintenance man, Isiah, was friendly and gave advice on many places to visit.

The staff are always extremely nice and accommodating. The only place I will stay downtown. The best by far!

Older refurbished property and it shows. Restaurant not indicated as being under renovation before booking. AC was programmed to only go down to 72. I never managed to get the room below 74 degrees. Summer must be brutal here.

The people at the front desk were very cool people. They were knowledgeable about the area and how to get to food or tourist attractions. They also were just awesome people in general...we had good interactions. They loved my son. Lovely people. If we ever come back to Memphis...we will be staying here again.
