The front desk was great. The room wasn’t perfectly clean. There were cup stains on the bed side table and the bathroom garbage wasn’t emptied which felt like someone had been in the room. Otherwise it was great.

The best, nice staff,nice area, very good condition for rooms ,good breakfast love it especially the lady that works afternoons shifts she is very helpful thank you book here it's worth it.

There was pounding around our room while we stayed. When we checked in, the counter staff was not welcoming.

Terrible hospitality. Rude. There was toilet paper and hair in the toilet in my room.The shuttle service to & from airport was not provided. I had called to confirm that I could leave winter coat & quilt since I had return reservation a week later. Affirmed. Then, when I arrived, was told "No". Had to insist upon call to manager. Upon my return, was first told I HADN'T left coat and quilt there. But, insisted staff call manager who confirmed the arrangement had been made. Then was told they don't know where it is & must talk with staff member who was on desk. Checked out at 11:00 am today and STILL have not contacted me to return my quite expensive coat and quilt.

The area is crazy on a Friday night due to the traffic from the adjacent restaurant and bar. Although there is secure parking, access to the hotel itself is not limited to guests. It would be better if the doors to outside and the elevator were activated only with a valid key card. Also, the glitchy lights in BOTH elevators were annoying, flashing on and off strobe-like.

Safe with vehicles parked behind locked gates. Friendly and helpful staff. Has free shuttle for airport passengers and offers parking for your vehicle while you are traveling.

I had to spend a second night at that hotel in a different room. I like my first room better, but everything was right for the price I paid I choose that hotel, because it was cheaper than most of them.

Front desk team are very unfriendly!!!! They all need to be trained again. I travel every month and this the worst front desk people I have ever met.
The cleaning lady of 5th floor is very nice and friendly.
