When exploring Memphis (Beale st) I was elated to stay right in the heart of downtown Memphis. I was able to enjoy and stagger to my room without worry. I highly recommend.

Great location, just one block from Beale Street. Property was clean, but in below average condition (one of the two elevators was out of service). Getting in and out of the public parking garage was hit-or-miss. The free breakfast was pretty poor.

It was a very nice hotel. The front desk was hectic and slightly rude. One of the elevators was out so the small lobby was crowded. But facility was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Pro is excellent location … very clean and secure… very comfortable .. housekeeping staff was so nice and hospitable
Cons … front desk was rude and unpleasant … on NYE only one working for 7 floors of fully booked rooms … have to pay $21 for parking not noted in purchase information … the decor says face lift the mechanics of it says update the parts you can’t see

Very Large Balcony with chairs and a small table! It’s right around the corner from Beale street. It’s not far from the streetcar line. The hotel is right across the street from the E bike rentals. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.
The hotel provides earplugs for the beale street party noise. I didn’t need or use them. Of course, it was a slow week. you can easily walk to the street car.
1 negative - The bar on premises was never open when we wanted to have a drink.

Late night LIVE music downtown right next to the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, and go to bed early, stay elsewhere. The rooms do come with disposable ear plugs for sleeping. Otherwise, we loved the hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean.
