Hotel con instalaciones amplias, ya descuidado, en sus años mozos debió ser un gran hotel, el personal amable, las habitaciones limpias y muy amplias,. *No permiten la entrada de alimentos ni bebidas,. *No se permite ingresar sin gorro a la piscina *No tiene servicio a cuarto *Las habitaciones no cuentan con teléfono *La carta del restaurante cumple en tiempo de temporadas altas o puentes, pero despues es limitada, (precios $$$ de $$$$$) Puntos a favor *Lugar agradable con una vista del río muy bonita *Bastante amplio y tranquilo para relaj**** *El personal amable *Hotel muy cerca del parque principal *Albercas amplias y lugar de chapoteadero, 100% recomendable *Internet en las áreas comunes *Tienda de trajes de baño con exelentes precios y modelos *Pago con todas las tarjetas nacionales e internacionales Sugerencia Deberían permitir el ingreso de alimentos, ya que muchas veces se apetece comprar comida afuera y suele sobrar entonces es muy normal que las personas aprovechen eso El gorro de la alberca hay que quitarlo porfavor Es ya un exceso de restricciones

Lo peor de lo peor, cama terrible, televisor miniatura, sucio, la atención pésima, decoración de hace mil años, almohadas como una roca y súper viejas, llegas y un tipo en la entrada queriéndote dar una charla para un descuento pero al final tratando de sacarte dinero por haberte dado el supuesto descuento, es muy triste que estafen a las personas de esta manera

recomendable el lugar para amigos, familia y para regresar a disfrutar. las instalaciones cómodas y muy limpio el lugar. la gente muy amable y cerca a todo lugar, bien céntrico para ir a cafam y piscilago, centro turísticos

Todo en condiciones desfavorables, baño sucio duchas dañadas, cortina de baño vieja y deteriorada de esas de plástico, toallas viejas y rasposas, personal poco amable, cenamos hamburguesa además de caras la carne poco fresca, no es para volver Melgar tiene sitios mucho mejores a menor precio.

La verdad muy bueno el ospedaje nos disgustó el agua ya que salía color café muy sucia olía muy mal y pues nos disgusto mucho . En medio de esta reseña les pedimos que vean la situación ya que los demás turistas que se hospeden en el hotel puede ser muy disgustante. Más aseo por favor 👍🏻
