Great hotel with great staff but I had issues. When I went to check in it wasn't marked as payed, I travel a lot and payment had never been a issue. The room I booked on trip.com that I payed for wasn't the same room as I given (still a nice room tho) and there was no towels in the room I was given. Overall it's a great hotel and I would still go back :)

Good location, great city views and very comfortable bed. The only downside was the aircon in our room broke down when the temp was over 37deg. The reception was closed as it was just after 11pm and there was no after hours number to call. We had a very uncomfortable night and were not offered any compensation.

I had stayed at the Jazz a few weeks before and had a fantastic room. Sadly, on this occasion I was in a room directly facing an office block which meant I had no daylight whatsoever and had to keep the lights on at all times. There were also various annoyances in the room such as the shower made a groaning noise, the lid of the kettle kept flipping open creating steam in the room and boiling water going everywhere. On the last night the shower room fan would not turn off. Very disappointing after such a wonderful first stay..

Good location near Market. No desk for working with computer. Small fridge (no freezer), microwave, stove top very useful. Solid 3 1/2 stars.

Very nice hotel, very quiet, comfy beds, aircon is great. We had a small balcony but no views like some of the other rooms. big screen tv's.
Overall very pleasant, close to Victoria Market, the city circle tram, and Flagstaff Gardens across the road.
Only thing I would like is a ceiling fan over the bed area, to disperse the air from the aircon, which is in the sitting area on the other side.
Would definitely book again!

Convenient to free City Circle Tram and the Flagstaff bus & rail service. Secure access into building. Woolworth's nearby. Numerous dining options. Good location within CBD. One time mini bar/snacks were free. No pots, pans, cutting board, cutting knife, and the like. You had to check them out at the front desk! Mini frig is better described as a micro frig. No drawers for clothes, we had to store them in the kitchen shelves.
