โรงแรมฮอลิเดย์ อินน์ในเมลเบิร์น

การตกแต่งใหม่และสีสันสดใส ห้องพักแม้จะเล็กไปหน่อยแต่ก็ไม่มีมุมที่สกปรกและการจัดวางก็สมเหตุสมผล มีกลิ่นผ้านวมแรงมาก พนักงานยังอายุน้อย มีทัศนคติที่ดีและทำงานอย่างขยันขันแข็ง ไม่เหมือนโรงแรมอื่นที่เจอมาที่ทำงานแบบขอไปที สำหรับเที่ยวบินเช้าตรู่ที่ต้องออกเดินทางตอนตีห้า พวกเขาก็เตรียมกล่องอาหารเช้าให้ด้วย รู้สึกประทับใจมาก เป็นมิตรกับลูกค้าที่จองผ่าน Trip.com ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางเมืองมาก อยู่บนถนน Little Collins ซึ่งขนาบข้างด้วย Swanton และ Elizabeth สามารถเดินไปสถานีรถไฟ ไชน่าทาวน์ และห้องสมุดได้อย่างง่ายดาย และเดินเลี้ยวออกจากโรงแรมก็จะเจอสถานีรถรางเลย ช่วงวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ เวลา 12.00-14.00 น. รถไม่สามารถเข้าสู่ถนน L Collins ได้ ทำให้รู้สึกกังวลเล็กน้อย ไม่เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ขับรถเช่ามาเอง

Very nice view at the reception, nice service and staffs are friendly. But the room is disappointing, not sound proofing at all, we can literally sounds what the next room talking about. And the clearness of the room is questionable, stained carpet, and bed sheet. I don’t think we will return again.

This is our third time to stay in Holiday Inn, which is very convenient for us as we don’t have to worry about rushing to the airport because the hotel is very close to the Melbourne Airport. Glad to see Amil again at the reception and really appreciate it that he kindly offered us a clean and tidy room when he noticed that my daughter was very sleepy due to the exhausting flight. He made our day👍Holiday Inn is very lucky to have staff like Amil who has been so warm hearted. Highly recommended this hotel and the staff like Amil makes it a place like home👍👍👍The breakfast is delicious too 😬

Location was not bad. Troublesome thing was carpark is at L1 while the reception counter is at Level G. Breakfast was A$27, a little more expensive than Holiday Inn in Sydney, spread was lesser than the same hotel mentioned.  Lady at the counter was not exactly that friendly when we checked out.  Other than that, all was good
