They showed great sincerity in assisting my family & me in order to make our stay a memorable one. I took 3 rooms & brought along my 85 year old mom who praised the great hospitality shown by the staff including the concierge. Keep up the great job! The food was good too

Food is average. Very nice rooms. Good for a quiet getaway. If planning to go to Malacca city centre, this resort is definitely not a good choice.

Location a bit far to melaka city ,but hotel services, breakfast and all excellent, my kids love it there swimming pool, hope they can keep it, we will come back again thanks all there Staff very friendly

all is awesome .. all staff are very friendly .. very helpfull .. special thanks for staff (roy) and (umi) that assist us during sahur time .. he really helpfull and friendly ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ .. my family love their kindness ..
the room is spacious .. so many facilities provided .. love the pool .. kids friendly .. and my favourite part is they provide kids room .. very helpfull for those who on vacation with their children ..

No others food options available in the hotel. Only pools side or spice which lack of choice.
Beside that car parking to lobby somehow slightly far, imagine if raining and super hot day how to move so much of stuff’s to room.
Kindly improve the kids swimming pool it quite slippy.

Location of the resort was so strategic, it is very near to the entrance of A Famosa. Cleanliness is top notch as it is a brand new building. Service wise, all staff are very helpful and welcoming. They can accommodate our needs and help. We request for duvet cover change as our baby accidently dropped food on it, and the response rate was prompt. Facilities wise, maybe they can consider to add on hand soap in the toilet as hand soap is only available in shower area. Location of the parking lot to our room was quite far as we need to walk a lot but it is still acceptable actually, but maybe if it is possible to provide buggy in the future? Other than that, we really really loveeee the facilities, especially the Kids Club Room and mini slide at the pool. My baby really enjoyed it and we were too and we definitely will come again in the future!

Kids love the kids pool slide. It's super clean cos it's still very new. Renovation is still on works. The only thing is it's hard to get food ard. The premium outlet near by have limited food options. But overall it's a to go hotel. 🥰
