What a disappoin**ent. Booked for 3 but only 2 beds were with cover and pillow. Virtual business must be great to make money. No need to answer questions, assist, fix things if you don't bother to care. I'm a super host with airbnb myself and would never treat my guest this way. Lousy host. The problem with the 3rd bedding was eventually solved after a lot of hastle, thanks airbnb. By the way, I fixed the squeeky bathroom door. There was no signal for the TV. Maybe a good idea if you showed up every now and then to have a look, read your customers notes (coffee machine out of order for card payment) etc. I normally don't give bad reviews. Normally people care and even if a room is simple, it's the hospitality one feels. Not this time. All I feel is that somebody wants to make money. There is certainly room to improve. Start by answering your customers question .

Wir würden dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen: * Das Fenster über dem Bett liess sich nicht schliessen, wodurch es die ganze Nacht kühl war. Zudem hörte man die ganze Nacht Strassenlärm (sehr viel befahren). * Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. * Die Herdplatte funktionierte nicht. * Das Internet funktionierte nicht. * Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. * Die Heizung machte mitten in der Nacht extrem laute Geräusche, wodurch wir um 1:30 Uhr geweckt wurden und die Heizung komplett zudrehen mussten. * Die meisten Automaten in der Lobby sind ausser Betrieb. Zudem waren bis auf unser Zimmer alle anderen mit einem Siegel der Gemeinde abgesperrt, was den Gesamteindruck bestätigt. Wir haben 2 Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach der ersten wieder abgereist.
