Expecting a normal size quadruple room. However we were given a triple room with an extra bed in it. There was hardly any space for walking. I tried to explain the situation to the reception staff. But didn’t seem very interested and couldn’t help any further. I wouldn’t recommended staying here as it won’t be a very pleasant stay.

Probably one of many worst hotel in Medina rooms are old and dirty the furniture was old and rusty beds were uncomfortable after many reminders they only came once to clean our room during our 5 days stay in this hotel internet didn't work , bathroom was the worst only good thing about this hotel was it's location 5 min walk to masjid e Nabvi

Terrible hotel. On arrival had to wait 2 hours before room was so called ready. On entering room, nothing like pictures on website, old and tatty. Bedding was dirty and had hairs on pillows, safe not working, no tv remote, no bottled water, no wifi in room. Bathroom appalling, broken tiles and mould on walls, no towels, shower over bath which was damaged. Complained and asked to change room but not available, they did change bedding and rectified missing items. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had to wait for over an hour to get our room. Bathroom was dirty and you can see mould. No toilet roll.
4 beds were cramped in room meant for two beds. Hardly enough room to put luggage and be able to walk freely in the room.
******* should not rate it as a 4 star hotel.

Is it possible to give less than 1 star rating? Because this establishment that cannot be called a hotel definitely does not deserve any! I have stayed in many low budget hotels but never came across this level of filthy. It is just beyond believable. Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, dirty everything! Even the door handles are disgusting. Actually every inch of this room is disgusting. I cannot believe I have to stay here for 3 nights. Horrible!!!
