Great stay! Rooftop restaurant was nice and the jacuzzis on the rooftop too. Very nice property I would definitely stay there again

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are kept clean. The bed and the sheets are very comfortable. The staff and all services offered are amazing. I enjoy my stay, and I will definitely come back to the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lovely boutique hotel in downtown medelline, so classy rooms and decorations and amazing teras floor...view , restaurant , teras jakuzi , drinks and music 🎶 🥰 All staff so helpful reception to teras , really hope to come again this beautiful green city and sure stay here thanks so much for everything ❤

Didn’t replenish toiletries while the stay, cockroaches in the bathroom, dirty sheets, shower door wouldn’t close in one of the rooms.

It is too noisy because the windows are not noise cancelling glass and that is terrible. No chance to rest with the noise of the cars. I also found and killed aroun 8 cockroaches in the room and bathroom during my stay. In addition, the party on Friday on the rooftop ended aroung 12am and I was told it had to end at 10:30pm and due that there is no noise cancelling glass the noise did not let me rest. One day one of the rooms on my floor (9th) they were doing noise at 2am and no one told them I had to open the door and asked them to shut up.
