NO recommendation, So loud noise, people is not friendly.

Good location, my room was clean. In a busy street so noisy but I knew before booking. We did not have fridge in hotel room, no ice it was lacking in a amenities, it didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Our flight arrived at 7am and we got to the hotel around 8. They said check in was at 3. We asked if we could check in early and they said they had rooms available but it would be $25 (105k COP) to check in early at 11am. I have never paid to check in early. The woman at the front desk was very rude too. She watched us wait outside the whole time waiting for checkin, we were too tired to go anywhere.
Second day, the same lady at the front desk told us elevator would be down for maintenance for approx 1 hour at 1pm. We went out for 3 hours and when we returned the elevator was still down for maintenance. I asked her what’s the matter, she told me it was still down for maintenance and turned away, very disrespectful.
There is no refrigerator in the room, no ice machines on the floors. No gymnasium as advertised, closed for maintenance. The hairdryer in the room didn’t work. On a Friday night, if you plan to sleep don’t expect to until around 4am. The hotel is next door to a discoteca and the music goes right through the walls and the rooms don’t have soundproof windows.
I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the service was fast. Staff in the restaurant and room cleaning were nice and courteous
Construction was going on and workers would start banging/hammering as early as 7:30am, not good. Noisy street because of the blaring music from the restaurant//bar next door until 2:00am. Very safe. I would return if I can get a not facing the street

Great shower water pressure and hot water. Quite hard bed. Window didn’t close properly and there was a lot of noise in the courtyard in the night. And then at 7am onwards there was construction work which was very noisy. I could hear other people’s alarms going off at 6am through the walls. But good location. Ok stay
