I have to say that this property was on a great location management and staff very helpful with everything very clean walking distance to any restaurant and four minutes or five walking distance to the mall. Great location recommend the people to go there. I thanked them very much for their service, see them soon ???

pleasant surprise with good price, good desk staff, small patio off room, several free offerings from minibar, fantastic location in heart of Provenza, surprisingly quiet (7th floor), adequate free breakfast. Room was small but very good value for the price.

This will be a LOVE it or HATE it property. I've stayed here several times and i love it. It's literally located at the end of Provenza. On the actual street .. best location in El Poblado only if you don't mind the noise because the bars and clubs are outside of you window. Imagine a hotel on Bourbon Street or 42nd St NYC!! Great if you come to party, not so much if you come to relax

AFTER your non refundable booking you receive a message from the hotel warning you about construction “outside” of the hotel. When I checked in they said well put you in a “quiet room”. This entire hotel, inside and out is under construction. They were literally jackhammering and cutting concrete right next to my room at 7 am. Refuse to cancel, refuse to refund. This is an absolute terrible stay as this hotel should be closed during their renovations. ******* refuses to step in and help. BEWARE to stay here.
