very old fashion hotel, all the way..... dark and no engergy, we met the guy at front door was very stiff not at warm and friendly, the hotel really does not fit in the Lively and fun neighborhood, but has a nice braekfast

CONSTRUCTION WARNING!! if you want to be awakened by a jackhammer and noise from construction this is the place!
They should disclose they are performing renovations and also the building right in front is performing a huge construction as well.
The staff at the front desk can be rude (just like I read in other reviews)
The layout of the property is very weird, their rooftop spa and rooms are weirdly located and not surprised
Room was clean, food was average, wifi was decent…
I wouldn’t stay or recommend here

The language barrier. A general note wherever you go in Colombia they want you to speak their language. I respect that but if you want to improve your touristic status have the hospitality staff learn some English. Museum ushers, hotel receptionists, airline staff etc… okay we got along with google translator and sign language a pity for such a beautiful landscape and pleasant people.

Great location right by Parque Lleras, and away from the noise. The hotel is nice and clean. Bed super comfortable, great pillows, shower amazing. The hotel serves a wonderful breakfast with plenty of options.
Staff is very attentive.
