Excellent Hotel, Good Security,Good Cleaning, First Class Service, very friendly and helpful employees. The Breakfasts during the stay were first class, I liked everything, a different menu per day, It will definitely be on my list for future vacations. I will recommend it to my friends.

Somehow we had a booking for one week at this hotel. I asked them via email to cancel my booking. They never answered my email and I couldn’t reach them via phone. In the meanwhile they charged my creditcard. Be careful when you book a room at this hotel!

Just wonderful!!
Safe, clean, and large enough room.
Especially the dining was the best in Medellin.
Pool is also fantastic and warm and well maintained.

We came and the service was amazing. Friendly throughout the entire sitting. Food was spectacular. Had the Bisque soup. Food cane out fast and was very flavorful. We will definitely be back to have lunch here in the next couple Of days.

We love Estelar la torre for it's cleanliness, tranquility, location near malls and center of El Poblado. Great restaurant, with long opening hours, GOOD food and GREAT service. Christian is a professional waiter, and great person. The rest as well.

Excellent property, plenty of space and in very good condition, walking closet, full kitchen, etc.
Only 1 constructive feedback, breakfast buffet is until 10:00AM, but at 9am items start to fall short and they are not replenish because the buffet is about to end. This should be easy to fix.
I was not greeted as an ******* VIP nor I was offer any perk for it.

Our group of friend spent 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. We booked 2 bedroom apar**ent which was located on the 19th floor and we had amazing views over Medellin. Large shopping malls within walking distance, plenty of bars and restaurants just a short ride by Uber which is ncredibly cheap. The room itself was very spaciuos with huge and comfy beds. We didn't use any recreational facilities which looked great. Breakfast extremely good and yummy, best one during our 3 weeks trip in Colombia. Transfer hotel-Medellin Airport 100 000COP one way and takes approx 25mins. Happy with our stay and I would highly recommend staying here,
