My friend and I booked rooms and we both had similar experiences. The rooms were clean. The facilities were in great shape and the staff is absolutely excellent. I would recommend this location for anyone traveling to Medellin

The hotel was a very nice place to stay, clean rooms and friendly staff. The roof top restaurant was excellent(except the chef goes on break at peak time and no food is available). The location is in a prime spot of Laureles neighborhood, it is a busy area so expect noise most of the night.

Los Patios Cool Living combines the friendly, community vibe of a hostel with the comfort and aesthetics of a fine hotel. I stayed in a large, beautifully furnished, light-filled room (Nutibarra) facing a small stream at the back of the property, which I recommend as it's far less noisy than the busy street at the front of the property. The daily breakfast, which is included, was generous and delicious. I also enjoyed two nice dinners at their rooftop restaurant, which has an amazing 360 degree view of Medellín. Most notable, though were the Cool Living staff, particularly David, who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Property in excellent condition including rooms - Breakfast included with the stay- my disappoin**ent with the breakfast only includes one cup of coffee and then you pay $1.50 for a cup - around the corner the same cup half price

It was an amazing stay. Very welcoming with tons of activities inside the hotel. The pool area was our favorite especially at night with the city view. I rated the area around the property a 3 but front desk will call you a taxi if you need to go anywhere. We did walk sometimes to meet up with friends staying in a different hotel and didn’t feel in danger.

The eco lights are pretty annoying.
There was green light over the bed, that shows de air turned on.. that quite annoying too.
