We stayed at this property with 3 adults in a family room. The room was supposed to have a queen bed, but the bed was too small for 2 adults and not a normal Queen bed. Also the mattresses were not comfortable (very hard). Location of the property is good. Approx 7 minute walk to Santa Fe mall, and a few dining options right next to the hotel. This was a good thing because hotel breakfast was awful.

Overall basic, clean, courteous staff short stay. The area is safe and close to all, clean & comfy bed.

Hotel Bambú location and staff are amazing. small property no elevator but easy to use the stair. mini bar with wine,sodas,and snacks. no all the rooms have safe box. if you feel to fancy this place is not for you. I love this properly Spadeful room and comfortable beds. WiFi pretty fast and very affordable prices for the area.

El personal muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. La ubicación nos pareció estupenda, muy cerca al centro comercial Santa Fe (menos de 10 minutos a pie) y otros como Oviedo donde hay cambio de divisas, varios restaurantes buenos a mano y un Andres Carne de Res. Limpieza de cuartos y baño muy buenos, habitación súper amplia y cama confortable. Nos encantó!! Lo único es que estaba pegadito al lobby y en la mañana se oía a la gente hablar y te puede llegar a despertar si eres de sueño ligero… mi amiga nunca oyó nada, pero yo si. Pero en general no tuvimos ninguna queja.
