โรงแรมใกล้ Masjid Nur Hasanahในเมดาน

The rooms are good, nice and clean, I stay with my family during the year end holiday, the bath room good and clean, we took the family room and the room large and properly set up, thank you for Mr Suhendra Marjan the EHK who already set up the room properly and make our memorable holiday. The breakfast experience also there are many variant of food, I like mie gomak.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

ผมเข้าพักในช่วงฤดู EID จองห้องพักไว้ 10 ห้อง ผู้จัดการคุณซอต ปูบา ช่วยเหลือในการจองห้องพักของผมจริงๆ เขาพยายามเต็มที่เพื่อให้ผมร้องขอ เช่น การต่อห้อง และระดับชั้นเดียวกัน เพราะผมเข้าพักกับครอบครัวใหญ่ ๆ เซอร์ไพรส์ที่สุดคืออัพเกรดห้องชั้น 10 สําหรับตัวเอง ขอบคุณsooo มาก! คุณซอตยังช่วยจัดเซอร์ไพรส์วันเกิดให้น้องเขย พนักงานบางคนกําลังร่วมเคาะห้องเขาด้วยเค้ก bday สวยๆ และ wishes อยู่ อาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยม อาหารรสชาติดี ผมและครอบครัวชอบมาก โรงแรมนี้มีบริการให้เลือกเสริฟในบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าของพวกเค้า โรงแรมนี้ยังมีสระว่ายน้ําที่ดีไม่ใหญ่แต่สะอาดและปลอดภัยสําหรับเด็กๆ พนักงาน front office น่ารักมาก ช่วงที่ฉันเช็คเอ้าท์ สุดท้ายแต่ไม่น้อย ต้องขอบคุณ Grandhika Hotel ที่ทําให้การเข้าพักที่แสนจะประทับใจ :-)

Reviews some points from other travelers. Choose this hotel for visiting medan town. The room is smelly and hk no change bedsheets either pillow case. No replace amenities toiletries. no tissue roll until i need to get from their HK store room. Water pressure was too slow . Breakfast was so so.. only i 💕 is kelupis.. the trainee was so efficient to clean the table even if you did not finish your meal yet🥴... One of the staff should be recognized sincerely due to i left my purse at restaurants and she kept my purse. Thanks to her! .. concierge needs to change to young people. Don't look at all the guests stranger.

Booked 2 executive suite x2 nights for an affordable price. Basic hotel under the the Marriott brand. Location not that great as compared to other hotels in Medan City Centre, not walking distance to any amenities/convenience stores. Security was great as expected, so you’ll be safe staying here. Checked in at 5.30pm yet one out of two rooms was still not ready. The bathtub was dirty with hair and dirt on it, probably due to housekeeping rushing to clean rooms. There is banks directly in the hotel facility, so if you need to withdraw cash it is very convenient. Overall: 2.5/5
