โรงแรมใกล้ Collins shopในเมดาน

The stay was short but was very pleasant. This is first trip to Indonesia and first hotel stay in Indonesia. It gaves very good impression. The staff was polite and hospitality was very good. i won't forget this experience.

เราเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้เพียงเพราะไปร่วมงานต้อนรับงานแต่งงานที่จัดที่นั่น ผมได้เข้าพักโรงแรมทั่วโลกกว่า 150 แห่ง และครั้งแรกที่ผมต้องจ่ายค่ามัดจําคืนสําหรับรีโมทสําหรับ รีโมท สําหรับ แอร์เอ/ซี ห้องน้ําเล็กเกินจริง แมวผมสวิงแมวเข้าไปไม่ได้เลย ภายในห้อง ห้องน้ํา เล็กมาก ๆ ไม่มีน้ําร้อนตอน 5 ทุ่ม หลังจากที่เราเดินทางมา 5 ชั่วโมงถึงจะไปถึงแล้วต้องการให้สดชื่นจริงๆ ระหว่างทางไปทานอาหารเย็นได้สอบถามที่ reception เรื่องนี้ ได้รับแจ้งว่า เนื่องจาก ”ปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิค” เราเหลือแต่น้ําร้อนจาก 6 - 1 และจาก 6 - 2 น้ํา น้ําร้อน พนักงานต้อนรับ อธิบายว่าไม่รู้เรื่อง นี้ พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานต้อนรับ อธิบายว่า ไม่ได้ พูดจา สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ สุภาพ พนักงานต้อนรับก็แสดงเอกสารที่ไม่ได้เห็นหรือแสดงตอนเช็คอินที่อธิบายสถานการณ์ ผมแนะนําว่าควรแจ้งให้แขกทราบเรื่องนี้ตอนเช็คอิน อย่างมหัศจรรย์ ”ปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิค” ได้รับการแก้ไขในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น พนักงานไม่ทราบว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้นที่ที่พัก เราถามว่ามีดนตรีสดไหม พนักงานต้อนรับแนะนําสถานที่สองแห่งบนที่พักแต่แต่ละที่ปิด มีแต่ดิสโก้เปิด อาหารในร้านอาหารปานกลางที่สุด เค้าพยายามทําบาบีคิวนี้ที่โต๊ะแต่ดันไม่ส่ง มีจาน ถ้วย แก้ว ฯลฯ เยอะ แต่ช้อนแค่อันเดียว ไม่มีไฟด้านบนตู้ที่ชงชาหรือเตรียมขนม ฯลฯ ไฟด้านบน กระจกแต่งหน้า/แต่งกายก็ไม่ทํางาน เค้าไม่ตรวจสอบว่าทุกอย่างทํางานตอนทําความสะอาดห้องพักอย่างชัดเจน เฟอร์นิเจอร์พรม ตู้เสื้อผ้า ผ้าปูผนัง ฯลฯ เก่ามาก ยังไงก็ตาม เตียงนอนสบายและผนังที่ครอบคลุมหลังเตียงค่อนข้างใหม่ ไม่มีตู้เซฟในห้อง รู้เลยว่าตู้เซฟเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายและมีปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิคตลอด แต่ค่อนข้างมากทุกที่พักที่บอกว่าเป็น 1 มีเซฟในห้อง ส่วนที่แย่ที่สุดจากมุมมองด้านความปลอดภัยคือประตูลิฟต์ปิดได้ภายในเวลาสั้นมาก ผมได้รับบาดเจ็บแขนเนื่องจากประตูปิดใส่ผมภายใน 5 วินาทีขึ้นไปตีผมค่อนข้างแข็ง คุณยายตัวเล็กน่าจะได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัส ไม่มีใครดูสนใจ เป็นปัญหาที่ชัดเจนและควรได้รับการแก้ไข ห้องอาหารไม่มีการจัดเก็บเบียร์หรือไวน์หรือเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์อื่นๆ เป็นที่พักที่ผู้บริหารดูเหมือนจะไม่สนใจ พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือ เต็มใจ สุภาพ และเคารพ แต่อบรมไม่ถูก นี่เป็นสัญญาณว่าการบริหารงานหรือความเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ไม่โยน

ห้องพักสะอาด บริการโอเคมาก ทําเลใจกลางเมือง ราคาคุ้มมาก แนะนํา👍🏻👍🏻

I had a lovely stay at the JW Marriott, Medan. I wanted somewhere with good facilities for a few days at the end of my travels where I could relax before making my trip home. The hotel has a great variety of restaurant options, the food was very good. The gym was the best I have seen throughout all hotels I have visited across Asia, professional quality equipment and setup. The rooms were older, but very spacious, comfortable. and well maintained But the thing that made my stay the most enjoyable was the wonderful staff and the service they provided. As a solo, female traveller it is important to me to feel safe, and have a sense of care, friendliness and support. The staff at this hotel went over and above to look after me and help in any way they can, nothing was too much trouble. If I am ever in Medan again I would definitely stay there again.

The staff at the hotel is friendly and willing to help for anything. The room is very clean and comfortable. There's swimming pool at the hotel. Recommended.

Reviews some points from other travelers. Choose this hotel for visiting medan town. The room is smelly and hk no change bedsheets either pillow case. No replace amenities toiletries. no tissue roll until i need to get from their HK store room. Water pressure was too slow . Breakfast was so so.. only i 💕 is kelupis.. the trainee was so efficient to clean the table even if you did not finish your meal yet🥴... One of the staff should be recognized sincerely due to i left my purse at restaurants and she kept my purse. Thanks to her! .. concierge needs to change to young people. Don't look at all the guests stranger.

ทําเลดี ห้องพักดี ร้านอาหารดี แต่สิ่งที่ทําให้คะแนนนี้ยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ คือ พนักงาน พนักงานทุกคนสุภาพและให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี ยกย่องเป็นพิเศษสําหรับบุตราและเทวดาที่แผนกต้อนรับ 2คนนี้ ออกไปช่วยผมออกจริงๆ ฉันไม่สามารถขอบคุณพวกเขาได้พอ มันเป็นเครดิตให้กับองค์กร ฉันอยากจะให้คําแนะนําสองสามข้อ ทางเข้าด้านหน้ามีบันไดชัน โปรดพิจารณาติดตั้งทางลาดตามด้านข้างเพื่อช่วยในการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านจราจรและผู้ที่ขนสัมภาระหนัก อีกทั้งบริเวณจอดรถด้านหน้า off street อีกครั้งอาจเป็นปัญหาสําหรับคนที่มีร่างกายน้อยที่ผ่านรถที่จอดได้ ขอให้ส่งเสริมให้แขกใช้ที่จอดรถใต้ดินจึงทําให้ด้านหน้าไม่ติด ผมจะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนถ้าได้ไปเที่ยวเมดาน

Looks grand hotel from Marriot… but - not helpful although we are their group members… but to the politic figures also staying there special treatment… - I just request away from noise but they intentionally subject me to more noises. STRESSED!!!! - the bed are small. - the toilet only overhead shower. - no shaver and no comb… - the fridge not cold… - the breakfast food so…so… food not hot and are hard… food not replenish immediately… the only nice food is the Lontong Medan… - the bar serve margarita was bad… For me, I will skip this hotel where possible… unless there are no more better hotel…

Staff there no has Greetings and hospitality attitude except security, security so nice, room good and clean but so noise, maybe due position hotel at center city. hot water turn off, and Water so Little one day before i am check out. As a traveler from outside other city (i am from bali and here for Christmas) rent motorcycle as our transportation so best and cheapest, the parking area no safety. Because our rent motorcycle is moving from last night, and our helmet lost, with out that we are so struggle to moved the other place, like you know without helmet police will stop me. I am report this situation to staff parking, But there no apologies or other say sorry for this situation from the staff in charge or management, they just say ” Helm anda hilang bukan tanggung jawab kami ( your helmet lost is not our responsibility )”. We are stay 3 nights like strangers with out staff greetings or hospitality and the last night we are lost our helm and there are no solution and one more there no extra tissue ( face or toilet tissue ), coffee and tea sugar, mineral water ( amenities ) from the first day and when make up room they not changed it, we must say to reception just for this, as a hospitality industry we know room and service is the base product. I know this is new hotels, but without service guests don't want to come back again. Thank you And best regards.
