They were barely “cleaning” the room when I came to check in at 10 at night! When I was finally able to get into the room, the chairs and couches were dirty and did not make for a comfortable nights sleep (don’t even get in the sheets). The pictures do not represent the cleanliness of this establishment. Highly disappointed.

The place was dirty from all of the hallway carpets to the room carpets, bathroom, shower etc.
It seems like there is little concern or effort in cleaning general areas, carpets etc.

Water damaged ceiling smell come out of air conditioner booked 2nights they only activated my key for 1 night locked out of room

A very different experience from a few weeks ago. A man and woman were yelling at each other in right outside the front door. She was accusing him of forcing her stay while he was countering she was crazy. A paper towel with blood on it was on the elevator floor for two days. In the bathroom there was one towel and two hand towels only.

Someone needs to check their vacuum cleaner. The carpet was not littered. It just needed to be freshened up. The workers have no manners. They cannot even smile. To be quite frank, I won’t stay there again, and probably not at that chain.
