Poor room lighting, one wash cloth for two people, same bed sheets for four to five days, little to almost no water pressure to shower. No outlets in the bathroom.

Very convenient location. 5 minutes away to the beach. Very clean, confortable, very polite staff. The view was incredible.
It could help a little update, better towel, (my Grandaughter’s was good, but mine had stains. Overall, I like the place and will stay again.

I had to get my room change due to broken bed, now water pressure no hot water. When my room was changed still no hot water but the pressure was better. I would not stay here in the future. Pool also was not clean.

They are very clean we enjoyed our stay it was very close to the beach (Buyé) and to El Poblado de Boqueron and easy to get to from the airport

The room has a good A/C and the beds are ok but other than that the bathroom was leaking nasty water from the ceiling on too of the trash and the toilet and the shower. The water on the shower does not get hot. The pressure is very low i had to take off the head of the shower and get very close to the wall to get some water while the nasty water from the ceiling it was hitting my back very nasty very unfcounftable situation.Talk to the staff because one of the leaks it was coming from the light on top of the toilet and i express the concern. They did nothing about it.

We loved the location and price. Rooms need renovated. Had no hot water for two days and little water pressure entire time. In 4 days no cleaning period came into our room, our 2 trash cans were over flowing

The person who did the check in was very kind and diligent. The room was fine, but unfortunately they gave us a room on the 3rd floor and the water in the shower did not come up, the light in the room went out and we could not call anyone, because there was no one in the office, it was only one night and to solve it was good, because we could sleep! The surroundings were clean as well as the room!
