Not too bad and near by the airport. The service is really excellent

The rooms are clean and the staff is hospitable. They were very helpful on arrival, during the stay and when checking out. The Boma was also a good experience throughout the meal times from breakfast to dinner.

Excellent place to lodge at. Good people and good service! Its in close proximity to amenities. To fix the shower at the room i used. Otherwise, I will lodge again and will recommend it to anyone visiting Maun.

Friendly staff, great service. Rooms are run-down, smell old, bed linen is old and worn thin. Food is generally good. Aircon in the room was a real blessing in the hot weather, and accommodation is very adequate.

A wonderful place to stay after 4 weeks camping in the bush. 7 of us stayed here after traveling from Moremi game reserve. It was an oasis of clean, relaxed comfort after the trials of camping. The rooms were set up as twin beds for us. The rooms are air-conditioned and spotless. The pool was great, clean and great fun. The restaurant is a great place to have breakfast as well as evening meal. Service was excellent and the food was lovely. There was a big gathering of Botswana and Zimbabwe leaders during our stay but although the hotel was full of bigwigs and their staff, we were made to feel very welcome. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Maun
