Beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms, good food and reasonable room service, 5 minutes from the airport. I loved this hotel!

The overall experience at cresta rileys was awesome, i really enjoyed my stay even though it was a very short one. One recommendation, please put mosquito repellents in the rooms to avoid calling room service during nights.

The hotel is very near to the town centre, but you feel like you are far away from the town. It's very serene. Forces you to appreciate nature in a relaxed way. Cresta Riley's Maun is the ideal place to lodge in this beautiful town.

Stayed for 1 night before I went on safari. Complimentary airport shuttle was reliable and on time. Hotel garden is peaceful and quiet. Staff is very friendly, attentive and goes the extra mile. Breakfast chef asked already in the evening about breakfast order because we had to leave very early. Everything was prepared and worked like a Swiss clock. Room is modern and spacious. Aircon worked well.

The service was excellent. Food was great. I had no problems whatsoever. The place is quiet. A great place to rest when you are on a work related visit. And great outdoor sitting area when you have friends to see in Maun. I enjoyed the open spaces.

I am always impressed by Rileys Staff starting from the Front Office to the Laundry, they serve with a smile. i was there for 2 weeks and i can say i was so impressed. keep it up Rileys you are the best

I had a pleasant peaceful stay. My room was clean and I had no complaints. The Rileys hotel is accessible to any place in Maun such as shops, businesses and transportation, I will recommend it to any one interested in a work or leisure travel

The food is absolutely top notch and the service level is wonderful , I definitely would recommend this hotel over and over again. The restaurant and bar has Fridays happy hour with discounted prices on various drink, come and enjoy!

Overall I found the hotel to be nice, good location, good restaurant, clean and some staff were very helpful. What I found frustrating was that the spa did not take appointments, some problems with the billing system, lack of hair dryer and power outage. Hopefully there are minor issues and another guest would ot experience them.
