Stayed here a few times. Front desk is friendly and helpful. The room could be slightly cleaner (I saw two ants) and the beds a bit softer, but overall a consistently good experience.

The staff was amazingly accommodating and pleasant. Even when there were issues with the system they were able to figure out a workaround and were very professional. The only thing that was lacking a bit was the pool looked like it could have used a bit more chlorine, the water wasn't as clear as many that I have been in, but my kids still had fun. I'd definitely go again!

Had an amazing hotel stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Overall, a perfect getaway with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. The Hotel is brand new & Highly recommend!

Overall, the stay was good when my girlfriend and I needed a 2 day stay. The hotel clerk named “G” was excellent and his customer service was top shelf! My only concern was hearing the activity in the other rooms; especially people who cannot turn off their alarms. I would stay here again mostly for the fact it’s very close to the Greenville Airport and the room was comfortable.
