第一次入住這家全包式酒店，衞生便利且十分靠近海邊，非常符合我們的期待，距離VIAZUL車站8公里，大約十美金。預訂的是早中晚餐全包房型，用餐體驗也很好，煎蛋以及牛排很美味，晚間的活動也很熱鬧，不虛此行！

全包酒店，餐廳的自助餐食物口味與品質都不錯，服務也非常好，酒水也是免費的，晚上還有演唱，推薦推薦，雖然客房設施有點舊，但是性價比非常高了

Non è stata una esperienza rilassante. Partendo dalla reception, Personale scortese. Ci hanno assegnato una camera dove sopra la nostra, ogni mattina, iniziavano i lavori di ristrutturazione. Già dalle otto di mattina si sentiva martellare, usare il flessibile, pezzi di muro o carton gesso cadere e comunicazione ad alta voce tra loro. I lavori proseguono tutta la mattina e parlando poi con la reception, sapendo di questo disguido, ci dicono che proseguono fino alle cinque del pomeriggio. Era impossibile riposarsi con questi rumori ripetitivi e fastidiosi. La doccia pessima. Abbiamo trovato dei vermi sul piatto doccia due volte.Forse veniamo dal piano di sopra a causa delle ristrutturazioni. Pulizia accettabile. Solo dopo aver discusso di questo disguido incominciavano a fare più attenzione sulla pulizia. Servizio a tavolo pessimo. Alcune persone sembravano addirittura infastidite quando chiedevamo un bicchiere d'acqua o un cucchiaio. Una volta ci hanno pure ignorati senza nemmeno portarci da bere una volta seduti. Melia e la peggior esperienza e catena hoteliera che abbia mai provato. Non la sceglierei mai più in futuro, non la consiglio.

Отель семейный, много шумных детей)) относительно новый, шведский стол отличный, много перекусных на территории, номера чистые, обслуживание хорошее, особенно если владеешь испанским, пляж не очень частый, но всё равно красивый. Территория большая, красивая, бассейн большой, но воды по пояс, мелкий. В общем, рекомендую

At the Sol Palmeras the room is VERY clean and the food at the buffet was better than other resorts and the other restaurants were EVEN better than the buffet. The beach was beautiful and free from sea****. BETTER AND CHEAPER THAN IBEROSTAR SELECTION VARADERO 10/10 would recommend

Had a great week Feb 25 to March 3rd. Nothing to complain about, the staff, beach and hotel were amazing, were there shortages very few and were only for one day. A special shout out to Maylin and Nivea in the buffet (hugs) to you both. Odarmis made sure we had dinner reservations every night. She arranged a lobster dinner for us as we have been to this resort 7 times, it was delicious. Sol Palmeras is my home away from home, can’t wait to go back.

The day staff at the 24 hour lobby bar (Bar Cubitas) is the absolute best! We were greeted with a friendly smile & a chat each morning. A great way to start the day! A very special shout out to our favourites - Sandy, Francisco (Pepe), Alain, Javier & Prima (Disnay). See you all next year!! We also want to thank the friendly staff at the Pool Bar - Jose Abilio & Rodolfo.

This resort was a huge disappoin**ent. The room was not as advertised. Had a run down bungalow, not at all how it is advertised in photos. The food was atrocious. Most of the staff were very unfriendly and some even rude. A bartender consistently showed visible annoyance with guests, front desk staff regulatory ignored guests and then once the guest was at the desk regularly spoke amongst themselves instead of acknowledging the guest. The alternative restaurants were often closed and even though when they were open they only had a handful of tables yet they turned people away if they didn't have a reservation. The buffet was brutal. The coffee was nasty and the machine upstairs regularly didn't work. The beach was beautiful. Would never go back. Will NEVER book with sunwing again, they are the most disorganized tourism operator I've ever dealt with and they seem to have zero interest in positive guest experiences.
