- on arrival, parking or luggage assistance - staff pointed to the direction of the room and left - Mosquito infested rooms & conference facilities. Room was sprayed late into the second day and it was overwhelming. - Room phone doesn't work, notified staff and no action was taken - no hot water for bathing, can't call room service or reception since the phone doesn't work - the only socket one can use for a quick jug is under the table, on the floor - the basket they put soap is moulding - no sanitary bags - room & bathroom ceilings are flaking I could go on but let's look at the good: - car park: my car is being cleaned on the outside 🌟 - bed is well made
