Super hôtel , très propre, très proche de tout et très bien reçu

A fuir ! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. J’ai été très mal accueillis suite à un problème de carte bancaire celle-ci ne passait pas pour la caution je demande gentiment à payer la caution en espèces ou en chèque et on me refuse on me dit qu’on ne peut rien faire pour moi et personne ne me trouve une solution alors que je propose deux solutions qui me semblent tout à fait normal (aucun hôtel m’a refusé de payer une caution par un autre moyen qu’une carte). Étant donné que j’avais pris une chambre sans annulation gratuite impossible d’annuler et j’ai été obligé d’attendre 20 minutes qu’on me trouve une solution. Aucune solution trouver je demande à la responsable ce que je peux faire elle me dit qu’elle ne peut rien faire pour moi et elle s’en va (super le professionnalisme). Puis je dois négocier encore 10 minutes pour obtenir la chambre et je fini par demander si je peux régler la caution à minuit, ce qu’ils finissent par accepter mais pas avec joie. Puis vient le moment d’entrée dans la chambre et là le choque des toiles d’araignées, de là poussière et une forte odeur de tabac froid. Enfin en allant me coucher je me dirige vers le chauffage et la grande surprise le chauffage ne fonctionne pas (très gênant pendant une période de froid). J’appelle la réception pour les informer et aucune solution ne m’est proposé. Je dors donc dans le froid. Le lendemain matin je dépose la carte de la chambre et je tombe sur la responsable à qui je préviens que le chauffage ne marchait pas et aucune réponse de sa part même pas un geste commercial (bravo le professionnalisme). Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel où les responsables et les agents d’accueils ne respectent pas du tout leurs clients. De plus, être obliger de négocier pendant une heure pour payer une caution en espèce ou en chèque à 250 euros pour une chambre où il n’y a pas de chauffage c’est une honte !!! Passer votre chemin il y a des hôtels beaucoup plus accueillants et plus propre que celui-ci.

I liked the general cleaniliness, hospitable staff, very friendly but the communication about charges for me and my wife's breakfast wasnt clear. I ended up having to spend extra money i was not prepared for. The breakfast charges should be included on the daily price.

Our check in process was good until this morning when we realized we were told incorrect information about breakfast. We were told it was at a restaurant around the corner and even given a paper about it. Restaurants serving breakfast in Paris open at 9. We went down to eat at 10:30 to find that breakfast here is from 6:30 to 9:30 IN the hotel. We missed it and we paid extra for it - $70 USD! The front desk was no help at all and completely unsympathetic to their own errors that caused us loss.

The hotel is amazing clean good value for money my children enjoy the swimming pool and it’s good that we can cook at the hotel. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family

I had a bad experience as there was no internet during my stay and no proper response from the management.I have been waiting for refund my deposit for week.. they need to be prompt and learn more about customer service !

The room was not prepared for 3 people but for 2. We went down to reception. given sheets that were too big and had to make the sofa bed ourselves. The man at reception was rude to my daughter and told her off for taping her nails on the counter, he did it in a rude manner. The pool and jacuzzi were freezing, the sauna was just warm, not hot. So disappointing as we booked this place specifically for that.

Very clean, spacious. It has everything we needed. Easy access to public transportation. Helpful staff.

There was absolutely no customer service at the hotel until I got in touch with hotel.com that tried to help me, as well I've begged to speak to hotel manager who was on holiday.

Friendly staff good location

The location was the reason we chose the property. The Lobby and Reception areas are welcoming and clean. Check in was done in a fast way. Our air condition unit was not working and we were given a bigger unit in no time upon arrival. The units were clean and comfortable. The bedding was comfortable and linens were good quality. Bathrobes and towels are plush and good quality, as well as toiletries. Kitchenette equipment was in very good condition. A small dishwasher made things easier. The room lightning is very good. Parking garage is on site offering many spaces. Indoor swimming pool available with a few guests enjoying themselves. The only problem we had was that we asked to reserve a taxi for early morning the next day and the reception forgot. We had a very early medical appointment to go to and this created a timing problem. We recommend this property and would stay here in the future when visiting the area.
