Bathroom sink stopped up, drained slowly. Breakfast was atrocious, not hot, orange juice was just colored water,
oa**eal not hot, orange juice machine still broken for a week.

The young lady working the desk when I checked in and for a few days after was so pleasant and kind. The others that worked the desk were also very pleasant and nice. I don't think I have had that kind of friendliness in a long time. Thank you all for a great stay.

Do not like the new window shades. Cannot lower the room darling shades and there was so much light coming into our room during the night.

We booked it for the pool and hot tub. Neither worked. Areas of carpet are *****ped, our bathroom door was scratched, paint was missing, etc. It needs basic maintenance. Grout is missing in many areas. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was actually very good.

We got here and was told that our was not available with king bed because it smelled mushy, the room had got water damage,so plug in an air freshener. Bathroom had some black mold on the wall . Not up to Hampton best

The property was old and poorly maintained considering the high nightly rates compared to Hampton Inn standards in other medium sized Texas cities.
