Hotel Isola di Mozia

When we arrived we were told they had issues with both the air-condition and water, but was trying to get someone there immediately (a Sunday) to fix it. We were offered free drinks and they suggested we use the pool, while they try to fix things. They were not able to get anyone there to fix the water, so they agreed that we could cancel the rooms at no cost (although they were not refundable). They also offered us additional drinks for free and charged us nothing for pool and towel use etc. Things can break, I wish everyone would treat such times like this hotel did. Great customer service and care!

L'albergo si trova in posizione strategica, nelle vicinanze di Marsala e Trapani. Dispone di una piccola piscina, è a gestione familiare con l'aiuto di un piccolo staff esterno, gentile e disponibile. La stanza era abbastanza grande e comoda. Il bagno è decente. La colazione nella media per un albergo tre stelle. Per chi ha il sonno leggero è consigliabile richiedere una stanza che non dia sulla rete ferroviaria.

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica per visitare le varie zone di Marsala e dintorni..a 5 minuti di macchina per vedere il tramonto sulle saline. Hotel gradevole, stanze comode pulite e ben organizzate con uno frigo in cui è presente la cella frigorifera ottima per refrigerare il ghiaccio sintetico in estate, phono e un ottimo impianto di aria condizionata.. non è modernissimo ma nel complesso è tenuto molto bene. Personale gentilissimo ed educato cordiale e attento al cliente.. colazione ottima varia e abbondante. È presente una piacevole piscina. Consiglio questo Hotel per chi vuole soggiornare a Marsala..
