Lovely friendly welcome from Youssef then very attentive service from Mohammed & the rest of the staff. Located just 10 mins walk from Jemaal Fna square, the location is good. The rooms, central courtyard and roof terrace are well cared for and spotless. Very generous breakfast and lovely dinner if you eat in, but also walking distance of lots of lovely restaurants

The Riad is in a good location close to the Bahia and Baffin Palaces and an easy walk to the souks. The communal areas and suites are lovely, traditional in style and the roof terrace with divans and sun loungers is a bonus. The service levels from all the staff we encountered were really high. They couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent, particularly the homemade yoghurt and the hot tomato and possibly harrissa sauce that came with eggs this morning! The breakfast varies a little each day and we couldn’t eat it all and we have big appetites so you won’t go hungry.

Beautiful riad with wonderful staff. We received a reply warm welcome and were well looked after throughout our 3-night stay. Abdul and Yusuf were so friendly and made sure we always had what we needed to enjoy our time in Marrakech. The food was lovely, and we also enjoyed nice local meals at Un Dejenuer (beautiful roof top terrace with great views over the city) and La Pergola (a jazz bar set in another gorgeous riad) - both had a good selection of alcoholic drinks. We enjoyed trips to Jardins Majorelle/Berber museum/YSL museum, and a dinner in the Agafay desert. The riad is a great base for exploring the city.

We arrived at the airport at 1am (1 hour late!) the taxi driver didn’t have any issues and said it was part of the job when we apologised. Then when we landed at Riad secret Zoraida around 1:30am Yousef welcomed us, showed us to our beautiful suite, disappeared and arrived back 10 minutes later with tea and yummy biscuits. The following morning at breakfast he gave us a map and good local information and recommendations. The following morning we had to check out very early and he had no problem preparing a delicious breakfast for us at 6:30am. A fantastic first impression of the welcoming hospitality of the Moroccan people. Would have no hesitation recommending this riad to anyone.

Beautiful typical traditional riad in central Medina area on 3 levels with 7 rooms in all. Very attentive and helpful staff. Excellent orientation and advice given on arrival. Lovely breakfast included. Within walking distance of everywhere central. Marrakech is an amazing, vibrant city with sights, sounds, smells to excite.

We had an amazing stay here over Easter 2023. The staff at this Riad in the Marrakesh Medina are all unfailingly helpful and hospitable, from their welcome when we arrived at 1030 am after an 0600 flight from Gatwick to offering mint tea and cookies when we came back exhausted after a day trawling the souks. Our suite, the Zoraida suite, was a delight, with a gorgeous bathroom and sitting area and balcony overlooking the riad’s central courtyard. We availed ourselves of the rooftop hot tub after a long day sightseeing and also enjoyed a riad hammam on our last evening. The food in the riad was great, from the breakfast (Moroccan breads, jams, yogurts, eggs, mint tea, coffee, fresh orange juice) to the meal we had in the riad on the last evening. The whole decor and feel of the riad makes for a very relaxing stay. I would not hesitate to return and to recommend. We also enjoyed the trip to the Ourika Valley organised by the riad, and the airport transfers. Very good value for the price. Thanks you!

We had a dream of a stay at this wonderful Riad. The staff (Youssef, Mohamed, Abdul and the rest of the team) were perfect hosts, completely understanding the needs of visitors to their place and to the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent bathroom and huge comfortable bed. It is beautifully decorated throughout with thoughtful touches, including mint tea appearing at your elbow at a moments notice. The Riad is situated just inside the medina on the south side, about 15 minutes walk from the main Djemaa Al Fnaa square, 5 minutes from Bahia Palace and 3 minutes from a taxi point. The breakfast of local and home made products was delicious, as was the dinner we had on our last evening. We cannot wait to go back, and heartily recommend this place as a must stay in Marrakech!

The staff were superb so friendly and welcoming. It was not a hotel for me as it was romantic and I am solo traveller however it’s lovely place to stay and very traditional. Everyone was welcoming and happy to help. The only thing I did not like is the door is shut and you have to knock and wait for someone to open and the pool is not really a pool.

Youssef is an exceptional host, he and his team member, Mohammed were so accommodating and helpful, it made the experience. Having stayed in a Riad previously, I can honestly say this experience was even better - deserving of their high rating. Food plentiful and tasty, the suites were large and gorgeous and the extras provided in the bathroom were very welcome - hairdryer, cotton eye remover pads, Q-tips, shampoo and body lotion etc. Hot tub and sun beds on the roof for sunbathing on quiet days. We stayed 7 days and I thoroughly recommend, 10/10.
