Casa Taos

It's rare to visit a hotel where it looks just like the pictures. Perhaps even better, the food, the thoughtful and authentic design, the pool and terrace and friendliness of the host and staff are all incredible! I would go back next week and would recommend this place to anyone staying in Marrakech!

A very lovely visit at Casa Taos with extraordinary hospitality from Ms. Hind, the manager and the owner. The meals at Casa Taos were a highlight and compared to other venues- other restaurants, hotels and guest houses, well, just better. Superior taste, variety, presentation and portion size. Being away from the medina was a relief at the end of the day and Casa Taos felt like it’s own oasis.

My wife and I have traveled the world. Casa Taos is one of the most beautiful places in we have been to... The setting has it all. A peaceful oasis within a few miles from the exotic hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. A well kept garden and grounds with a refreshing swimming pool. A view of the snow capped Atlas mountains. Beautifully decorated suites and rooms, worthy of Hollywood stars! And deliciously cuisine available on-premise. The meals were phenomenal!!! Highly recommend for any type of visits, whether for business or pleasure. The staff was extremely helpful and will help you accommodate any type of meetings/visits whether in the city of inside the walls.

An absolute gem of a place. Large clean & comfortable rooms inside a bright & colourful villa set in lush gardens. The owner & his staff can’t do enough for you. The food is superb & generous. At least there are chairs in the pool so you can nap away lunch in comfort!

The beauty of this place is only matched by its serenity, calmness, and profound sense of peace. It's a space where some of us felt a genuine sense of the sacred. Casa Taos is sacred also because of the 1001 thoughtful gestures of the owner, Hicham, a wonderful teddy bear with a huge heart. His upmost goodness and kindness shine through in every aspect of the guest house. Hicham embodies selflessness and generosity, greeting you with open arms and abundant warmth. Let's talk about food. Breakfast - it's nothing short of gargantuan! Just when you think you've savored all the delightful dips, cheeses, fresh bread, and croissants, they surprise you with more. The Moroccan crepes, freshly made every day, sometimes caramelized with butter and honey, are a pure delight. And if you haven't tried Casa Taos' eggs with khlii, you've missed out on a Moroccan "grand classic"! Every salad, appetizer, and entrée we had was a work of art in presentation, deliciousness, and served with the utmost delicacy by the wonderful Hind and the ever-smiling staff. Hicham played a crucial role in organizing our group retreat, offering advice and support at every step. No matter where we were on the property, we were always followed by the refreshing presence of fresh water. Let's not forget the cocktails! Whether by the pool or in the pool, they were consistently delicious and generously served. Cleanliness? Impeccable. Feeling at home? Even better than home. My room had a name that invoked art, power, and a sense of belonging. Art is an integral part of the atmosphere, present everywhere yet never intimidating. Instead, it's an invitation to dream, wander, and create. I loved this place with all my heart and soul. I can already tell that I'll be returning for solo retreats at Casa Taos regularly. Hicham was not just an owner but a nurturing presence, engaging in deep conversations with us in French, Spanish, or English. He truly became one of us, sharing in our activities with curiosity and a contagious smile. And let's not forget about Oslo, our mascot - a beautiful, majestic, and kind white dog who added a touch of sacred to the place. He joined us for dinners, absorbed a glimpse of something in one of our workshops, and left an indelible mark on our hearts. Thank you, Hicham. Thank you, Hind, and the entire staff at Casa Taos! Your warmth and hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable.

Thank you everyone at Casa Taos for a wonderful stay with family and friends. If you want a relaxing holiday but with easy access into the city and mountains, I recommend here. Best service from wonderful people we have ever had. Food was outstanding and accommodated everyone. The grounds, rooms and pool are stunning. Nothing is too much trouble. We had an amazing time at Casa Taos with our whole family. Everything was literally like heaven. Hicham, the owner, made the reservation very easy and answered all the questions we had patently in advance. Hind, the housekeeper, is the loveliest person and took care about every little wish we had. The complete staff was very friendly. Although we went in the hottest season we had always a cool and chily place. The pool was fantastic and the rooms a dream. We all felt sorry to leave this amazing house after 11 days . Thank you again for everything, especialy taking care of my father while we have been on day trips!

We had an excellent time at Casa Taos. A family of 3 with a toddler, we were made to feel most welcome. The place is spotlessly clean and the food is wonderful. Ms Hint took great care of us and I thoroughly recommend Casa Taos for a family trip.

This was our second visit to Casa Taos and we loved it even more than the first time. We went with our 3 year old daughter and she had an amazing time playing on the trampoline and pool (which was cold this time of year). She particularly loved Hind and the other staff looked, who looked after us so well and made our stay very relaxing. As the evenings were cooler as we were staying in January we had the log burner on each evening in our bedroom which was made up for us each day. We are already planning our next trip!
