This riad is located at a walking distance from jemaa El-fnaa square & the riad is located at a place where you can enjoy the real history of marrakech, place was pretty clean & staf Ahmed & Fatima were very nice & cooperative people

Never got in. The listed hours said check-in until 1am. I messaged the hotel in advance stating that our flight would land at midnight and we would arrive at 1am, which is what happened. Had to pay a local to get guidance from the main street since directions were sorely lacking. Nobody answered the door after knocking multiple times, somebody answered the phone (when a neighbor provided the phone number) and said they would come by but never did. After at least half an hour of waiting we finally knocked at some nearby hotels and one of them (can't remember the name, Googlelocation J2QC+RHP) let us in and provided us a private room and breakfast for $70. I was told the next morning by our new host that the old host had contacted them (not me!) and said we could come by for our 2nd night, but I was not interested after the poor experience. I was never contacted by the hotel myself. Maybe they are better if you show up during daylight hours, but that was pretty bad service considering I had kept them informed as to our plans, and considering that the late night flight arrivals seem to be very common.

Il Riad è molto carino ed accogliente. La posizione ottima, vicino alla porta (bab Ksour) dove ti può lasciare il taxi e nello stesso tempo a due passi dalla piazza. La colazione è varia e buona. Ma è Ahmed ad essere veramente eccezionale! Gentile, disponibile, sempre pronto per ogni richiesta. Ci ha aiutati per la prenotazione ai Gardini Majorelle e alla nostra partenza ci ha anche preparato la colazione alle cinque di mattina! Massimo e Antonella

Questo è il secondo Riad che ho provato durante il nostro viaggio in Marocco e devo dire che si e’ rivelato una bella sorpresa! Riad marocchino autentico, verace, siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e attenzione, ci hanno servito il classico mint tea di benvenuto prima di effettuare il check-in e accompagnato alla camera deluxe sita piano terrazzo. Camera adorabile, ampia, con due letti alla francese, salottino e bel bagno, super profumata di pulito. Sopra la camera c’è un terrazzo privato con lettini per prendere il sole, invece la piscina è al centro del Riad come da tradizione. Colazione MERAVIGLIOSA, così completa che e’ facile essere sazi fino al pomeriggio. Hussein fantastico, sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e dalle 1000 attenzioni, ci siamo sentiti coccolati! L’ultimo giorno avevamo l’aereo all’alba e lui si e’ offerto di prepararci la colazione alle 6. Pagamento con carta accettato senza problemi. Super raccomandato!

Me alojé el primero de diciembre y desde que llegué a Marrakech fue una atención de primer nivel, especialmente Ahmed, quién te hace sentir como si llegarás a tu casa, de entrada me ofreció de comer y un té. Es un lugar hermoso, muy bien ubicado y con habitaciones muy limpias. Amé el olor del shampoo que pusieron en la habitación. Gracias Ahmed por rescatarme cuando a mi regreso me perdí aún cuando llovía, nunca olvidaré ese gesto.

Il riad ha una posizione ottima per raggiungere la piazza principale, ma nonostante ciò la camera era molto silenziosa, il letto era comodo.Il riad è accogliente, pulito, con arredi piacevoli e curati. L' aria condizionata è presente e ben funzionante, anche il wifi funziona bene. Il bagno era un po' piccolo e migliorabile, pur essendo comodo e pulito. Lo staff è gentile, presente e disponibile alle richieste. Fantastico Ahmed, prezioso nei consigli, nel facilitare il soggiorno e gli spostamenti, sempre pronto ed efficace nel risolvere le difficoltà.

5 giorni a Marrakech insieme ad amici. Non trovando posto nella struttura dei miei amici ho scelto per un’altra purché vicina alla loro, senza curarmi di tanti dettagli, e ho fatto bene perché mi sono trovata benissimo. La gentilezza di Ahmad è davvero ammirevole.
