Club Karakas Apart Otel

What a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. We went out of season for a week and it was perfect. Lovely spacious apartments they were cleaned meticulously, beautiful pool which again was cleaned constantly. The staff, especially John and Yusef (didn’t get the other names) worked so hard and always with a smile on their faces. The restaurant wasn’t opened as it was out of season but the bar was fantastic looked beautiful lit up at night. Plenty of local places to go and eat. All in all, a fabulous chilled out week made special by the amazing club Karakas and all the lovely staff. We will be returning. Thank you to all for a really lovely break!

Hotel is nice lots to offer we went with family as they have become very good friends known alot of the workers for many years- my family even talk to them online when back home and helping them out with things- But!!!! we also added them as we thought they were genuine people nice to know for future visits and to learn about turkey-we were talking casual chat then the man turned ever so rude sexually and telling me he’s horny asking to send photos his name is Johnny I have the screen shots for proof, but he’s not known as Johnny to the Turkish. This is vile behaviour we shall not be returning definitively not safe for younger girls either lock up the woman they prey on them making them feel totally uncomfortable. This was our first visit won’t be rushing back and as you can see the boss man won’t have any criticism and will get bitter but these are real reviews take it and sort ur staff out before you lose ur business. Another lad known as billy- worked crazy hours poor man looked tired yet boss man and Johnny shouted at him to work harder I hope he leaves soon for somewhere who respects him. One memeber of staff was sacked when we were there for being aggressive towards customers and one woman from the uk had two of the workers on the go not stuff you want to see on a family Holiday. Again go visit this place everyone’s visit will be different.

So after we had to move from our original hotel due to cleanliness issues we came here and WOW this is such a beautiful hotel, so clean and spacious. All the staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you thank you for making our holiday the best especially after the awful start. Will definitely be returning here again in the future.

This place is outstanding, immaculate beds so comfy the staff are amazing nothing is a bother, John and his team are fantastic they go above and beyond making sure your holiday is perfect 😀 will defo be back 5*

Well we're do I start the owner ferdi is a excellent person his cousin the same then you have the bar staff which is excellent they all go above and beyond and they all treat us like family would recommend this hotel to any 1 can't wait to go back and see our Turkish family again amazing people

Not our first visit and not going to be our last. Rooms spotless, pool and pool area also spotless , food is delicious but rather large portions if you are not a good eater .. Staff are absolutely awesome. Nothing is too much trouble . Well done John ,who spoils us every tme we go. Rise in prices but still value for money.

Just spent 10 days at Club Karakas. Had a great time, looked after really well by John & the team who were always there on hand. John personally works long hours and goes out of his way to welcome you and help you settle in. Yes there are extra charges for air-con, credit cards and toilet rolls (15p!!!) but the hotel are very transparent with this so no shock or problem for us. Thank you

We have just returned from a 14 night stay at Club Karakas. All the staff were excellent, very attentive. Nothing too much trouble. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general was superb, with the rooms being cleaned every day and linen being changed every 2 - 3 days. The location of the hotel is good, a 15 - 20 minute walk to the beach front and many wonderful restaurants. The swimming pool/sun lounge area is lovely and clean. Guests will come down early to 'claim' a lounger with their towel and then go off until the afternoon! But there are plenty of loungers and I'm sure staff would be more than happy to find you a lounger if you had a problem. Thank you to John, Jimmy, Billy, the lovely cleaning lady, the lovely lady on the reception desk and all the other staff - you are all great, keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tip... * take tea towel, dish cloth, washing up liquid to use in kitchenette. * you will have to buy your own toilet rolls - minimal cost * Air conditioning is an extra charge.

Great hotel, located just 10 minutes from the beach, Rooms very clean, room service was great, pool side clean and plenty of sun from dawn to dusk. Fantastic staff from Reception staff, cleaners to amazing bar/poolside staff. Head barman Johnny and his team were great with us all, funny, friendly, great service as they all work long hours. Gym, pool table, ping pong all there as well as poolside snack bar and restaurant at night. We will be back, thank you for a great holiday. We were welcomed as friends but we left as family.
