Had an amazing time at blue bay platinum with my friend first time in Turkey definitely we will come back we had the best time at the hotel the food was good the staff was always smiling big shout to the entertainment especially Essex girl Mia she is the best definitely will come back to see her

Whilst on holiday holiday, we visited the Seaside Bar within the Bluebay Platinum. Marmaris The waitress ( Òzlem) came and took our order She was good, and she kept checking to make sure we were alright for drinks. She also brought out nuts for us and checked if required a drink before they closed . We went back several times due to the excellent service.

We stayed as a bolt on week after a TUI cruise. The hotel is kept clean and the staff are polite. Special shout-outs for Alex at the Relax Bar, nothing was too much trouble for him and the TUI rep’ Michelle was also very helpful on the occasion we asked.

We had a two week holiday at the blue Bay platinum Marmaris very nice hotel very clean Food good Good entertainment we spent most of our time at the relax pool and Alex, the bar man was very good and very polite and nothing was too much trouble would stay again

This is OUR opinion of this hotel. We spent 2 weeks here and the food and choices were varied and quite good but that was the end of our optimism. The alcoholic drinks were dreadful so weak and tasteless,the bottled water was stronger,this was the opinion of all of the guests I spoke to so we resorted to buying from the supermarket over the road. The daytime and evening entertainment was abysmal and very amateurish so most evenings we went out of the hotel. 99% of the staff were amazing so friendly and helpful but you always get one who lets the hotel’s reputation down,all of our belongings were locked away except for £10that was stolen from the zipped part of her handbag ,we reported it to Murat the guest manager who was very helpful but with no satisfactory outcome. The relax pool was a godsend as it was so peaceful away from the other busy pools with its own bar run by Alex. Towel and sunbed wars started at about 7am 🤣 what it will be like at the height of the season is anyones guess. On the morning we left quite a few guests had sickness and diarrhoea including my wife this was reported to tui rep Unfortunately we wouldn’t return

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. We had 14 nights all inclusive. The food was always varied, flavoursome, good quality and plenty of it. It has 2 a la carte restaurants on site which you can use for a small supplement. We visited the Italian and had a 3 course meal each with drinks for £46 in total which I thought was good value for money. There is also a Greek restaurant on site. The drinks were very good quality. The on site Patisserie is to die for and is included in the all inclusive deal. All the staff work Extremely hard and are always smiling. The hotel has 3 pools, one of which is the relax pool for over 16's only and with no music. The relax pool is tucked out of the way and is very nice. A special shout out to Alex at the relax pool bar. A very friendly, happy guy who goes out of his way to make you feel special. Alex is a legend in his own lifetime.

I have no complaints about this hotel. We didn’t pay a lot of money and it exceeded my expectations. I asked to be moved to a lower floor as I don’t like lifts and this was dealt with professionally and promptly. The food was fine with a good choice, especially desserts! The chefs were often out in the restaurant and were happy to help. The hotel is lively but the information tells you that. We stayed to the quiet pool and got sun beds easily enough. We mainly used the lounge bar and the ladies ozgu and ezgu were great fun. The hotel was constantly cleaned although hardly any guests used the hand sanitisers. The hotel is in a great position for the beach and the lively *****. Michelle the rep was good and we booked a fantastic jeep trip with her. Highly recommended. I also recommend the final day spa if you have a late flight. It was bliss and meant I could get clean. Would definitely come again.

Blue bay platinum was lovely would definitely stay here again I thought oktay the lifeguard was awesome very friendly and funny and all the other staff were great can’t wait to stay here again would definitely recommend nothing bad to say about it

Had no issues whatsoever. Staff were all very friendly and couldn't do anymore for you! Our room was very clean and beds were very comfy. We enjoyed the food and the restaurant staff - Turkey cabbar isa Erdinc were brilliant. Beach just a very short walk away. Pools were great. Tui Rep, Michelle was also very helpful, lovely lady! Can't fault this hotel in anyway. Would defo come back!!!!
