Great customer service Breakfast options seemed limitless Comfortable bed Lifts arrived quickly Well equipped gym A number of the staff do not speak English (a good opportunity to practice your Arabic 😀) also there is little to do/see outside the hotel itself as the area is still under development. Special mention to Osama and Abdullah in Reception. 👍🏻

Every thing was perfect , the Reception team , the House keeping team, The Chefs, The Buffet, and a very friendly staff The room was well equipped by every detail you imagine… the infinity pool was awesome. Actually one of the best experiences In my life

Amazing stay! Hotel is super fancy! Beach is fantastic! to be honest, it’s probably the most beautiful beach I have been to in the north coast, pristine turquoise water, sandy beach (almost white sand!!). I was there in late May and the sea water was very refreshing! Attention to details is definitely one of the most noticeable things in the hotel. Mr Eslam and Mr Osama were very helpful and cheerful in the reception and they made our stay comfortable. They were always willing to help on whatever it is that we wanted. Food was delicious, tasty and great variation for every meal and for everyone. I would definitely come again!

Again and again, Rixos never fails to impress me and my little family with great joy and happiness, and this time is during our stay at Rixos premium Alamain. From the very beginning and since we arrived, we started our wonderful experience first with the high sense of hospitality expressed by every single member of the staff we met who spare no effort in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They welcomed us gracefully guided us to all of the details of our stay. They listened carefully to every request we had, special thanks to Mr Usama Gamal at tower 3.

The food is of the highest quality and the chefs are of the u**ost brilliance and of the highest quality. I thank them with all my heart for their good trea**ent and providing luxurious quality. Thank you for the real deal. I was pleased with my visit to the hotel and all the servers were respectful. The service of the customers and chefs in Tower 3 was at the top of the line. It is completely different experience, the hotel is very luxurious, the veiw is panoramic on sea from everywhere, the staff members is very nice and professional , especially Mr. Mohammed Sabry who shows great hospitality, also Mr.Osama Selim from reception and Mr.Hussein from room service. I really hope to repeat this impressive accommodation which make me and my family happy.. realy thank you
