Needed to change booking to another date. Orbitz says contact property. Propert says, no…booked through third party…contact them.
Decided to complete the stay since I could not get help. Arrived and front desk attendant noted room was not prepaid. I paid at check in. Once in room, I checked account and confirmed room was prepaid At checkout, the attendant supposedly cancelled and ‘reversed’ the charge made at check-in, however when asked for a confirmation or some receipt, the staff could not provide anything.
Additionally, upon check in, there were only a few parking spaces at the farthest end of the parking lot. This was because there were (4) large box trucks and (1) large pick-up truck with a trailer, where each the vehicles were parked cross-ways of the parking spots, taking up 5-6 spots…so (5) guest vehicles taking up (30) spaces?! Since the parking lot does not have marked spaces for larger trucks, the property should have a designated area where the larger box or truck/ trailer vehicles should have to park, such that normal passenger vehicles can make the use of the individual spaces. Be a of these issues combined with some slight cleanliness concerns (in the bathroom), I will stay elsewhere for future visits to this area.
