We had phoned in advance to say our flight landed at midnight, so we would be checking in late. No problem, the fellow on the phone said. When we got there at about 12:30 am, the doors were locked. I phoned and there was no answer at the Front Desk, so kept phoning. We were about to leave and drive home, which we were not keen to do because we had to be back the next morning, when the shuttle bus arrived with another couple from our flight. The driver of the shuttle bus was the one and only person on that night!! Come on, Best Western Plus, you can do better than that! There's cost-cutting and then there's being too frugal at the expense of your guests! We're not blaming the bus driver/front desk person, she did what she had to do. When you're at 95% capacity on a long weekend, knowing there are guests arriving late, please don't leave them standing, locked out of your hotel!! Surely that doesn't meet your standards!

The service was amazing, very clean and spacious. The complementary breakfast was delicious, fresh and tasty. A it offered a variety of choices. The shuttle service was on time. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We were so pleased with this hotel! It was clean, quiet, comfortable. The staff was friendly, and it had a very nice breakfast with many options each morning--biscuits, gravy, two kinds of link sausages, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, waffles with fruit compote topping (blueberries, apples), fresh cut fruit (grapefruit, oranges, grapes, honeydew), oa**eal with all sorts of toppings to choose from, toppings and quesadillas for making breakfast burritos or tacos, round the clock drink machine with really good hot chocolate and other hot drinks, afternoon cookies. Excellent value. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

This hotel was a great value. The room was large and bed was comfortable. Everything you could possibly need. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very windy that night, so could hear things banging around during the night. Otherwise it was very quiet considering it was close to the freeway. You cannot hear other guests as the walls are concrete. The complimentary breakfast has everything you could possibly want, including make your own waffles, scrambled (or cold boiled) eggs, various meats, oa**eal, cereal, fruit, toast, english muffins and so much more. I am glad the lobby entrance has double doors as it keeps it much warmer. It was -15 C when we stayed, and windy! The staff is very friendly and helpful also. Truly one of the best hotels for the price.
