Small be clean, not much space at mountain st. Michel, enjoy the stay, interesting experience there.

孤島上就開了三家酒店，畢竟是島上，晚上空空的像鬼堡，酒店服務蠻好的。就是酒店其它消費略高還是可以接受。

The room was perfect. So glad we only packed for one night backpacks only. So crowded 1st day but early morning was incredible. The stay was best choice.

Very quaint. Nicely decorated. Water for shower was not adequately warm. Sink did not drain properly. Small by American standards.

Very friendly staff, clean and great location. Small room as expected and very firm / uncomfortable bed but otherwise great for a stay on Mt Saint Michele. Very hard to figure out the parking / shuttle at night but easy enough once you know where to go.

Lovely older hotel. Very comfortable and convenient to Mont St Michel. Great location with direct access to the ramparts. Loved it! Also had a very nice restaurant where we ate dinner.

Let me say that of all of my bookings in France this was the most disappointing. Right from the beginning I felt that the communication is poor. I emailed ahead to get the parking directions and the gate code and was told that I had to email or phone ahead within 24 hours of our stay for the gate code. Really??? Shouldn't that be up to the hotel???? So I phoned ahead and got the code, but when we arrived we found the parking confusing and there is not sufficient signage to direct you to the hotel parking. I phoned the hotel again for help, but was rudely interrupted and "talked over"...Anyways after finally finding the appropriate parking, stuffing our overnight essentials into a small bag (no one on the shuttle had luggage!), finding the shuttle and fumbling our way through the crowds and up to the hotel, we were frustrated. We were led up to our tiny (standard) room which we found to be musty and tired. I understand the premium price that you have to pay for the luxury of staying on Mont St. Michelle, but this is insanely overpriced. The decor was outdated, shabby and stuffy. I would be amiss if I didn't mention the air flow issue...I am not sure what the answer is but surely the customer's comfort should be important. There is no air conditioners so you have to rely on open windows..but the windows open onto the ramparts...so it can be noisy and imposing. The windows do not easily stay open with the heavy curtains and if you open the curtains it leaves you exposed to the

The rooms are small, but the perks of staying on the island make it worth it. They also had a mini-fridge and hot water kettle. The room and hotel are clean. It has its own restaurant which had great service and decent food. There are lots of other choices for food and beverages around the island too.

Great place to stay on Mont St. Michel. Makes exploring the island much more convenient and allows you to access the Abbey before or after the crowds. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Remember that this is an old building and does NOT have air conditioning (like most places in France). During our stay in late July, we could open our windows at night and sleep fairly comfortably, but it was a tad warm. My sister's family couldn't open their windows because of exhaust from a nearby building and were less comfortable (but overall happy).
