Facilities were clean as expected

Bathroom was tight, pictures from website were not representative of condition. Room was tired looking and smaller than expected. Grounds were nice. Lock on door seemed flakey. Did not like no staff on site at night - only 9-5 hours.

We arrived after office hours so there is a lock box with the room key and unit number. Because it was dark, we ha some difficulty finding our unit. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was low.

Was not at all it was hyped up to be on website. No real beach section & property somewhat rundown & outdated. Not resorts fault but there was a lot of sea **** & smell due to wind. Didn’t use pool but looked clean.

Staff was very friendly. We were upgraded to ease scheduling for others, and the penthouse was great! Updated facility, comfy beds, and a great view!

Nice beach hotel. Just an overnight in very bad weather, so we didn't get to experience much.

I didn't expect the rooms to be so small, but later I realized, Key West is pretty crammed for real estate. Eventually I learned to love it as the functionality of the small space was well thought out. Amenities on the property were also very good. All in all, I accept the rating I saw before booking it.

Clean, quiet room for visit to the keys. Grounds had picnic tables, clean swimming pool, kayaks, hammocks, etc. for use.
