Our stay at Domaine Des Alizees, managed by Aman, was outstanding. Aman's prompt communication, attention to detail, and immaculate property maintenance made our Airbnb experience truly memorable. His local recommendations added extra value to our stay, and we would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a seamless vacation rental experience. We look forward to come again in the future.

I highly recommend the spa trea**ent. Felt pampered and taken care of. I would like to thank Fareeza for relieving my neck and shoulder, without any indication, she knew i was stressed and need special attention at these parts. Will certainly be back. All the best.

This was total CRAP!! Would not recommend anyone, worst of the worst domaine in Mauritius. There's this one security guard that doesn't know how to do his job properly, just going around telling people to shut up because "apparently" those "people" are making too much noise. You security guard should be aware that babies/children can't control themselves from screaming. One the cons is that it is a QUIET ZONE and knowing that it is a quiet zone you should have opened up your mind and make this domaine an only adult one. To be honest if you continue like this your business won't work. If you wanna have a great business that works not perfectly but well you have to put yourself in the customer's shoes and see the pros and cons of the domaine wether it suits the customers' preferences and tastes or not!! As I said at the beginning this is certainly the worst experience I've got staying in a domaine and as I also said I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME AND STAY! We ought to have reported the security guard but we don't even know who is the manager Who's the director? -Unknown? Don't fool people!

Lieu plein de charme... Belle végétation... Ambiance Zen. Logement très confortable et plutôt grand, avec une suite parentale idéale. Piscine et spa très agréable. Sécurisé par un gardien 24h sur 24h.

En total abandon ! Il y a encore la piscine, il n’y a plus de spa pas de bar ni de restaurant tout a fermé ! Les navettes sont inexistantes et la salle de sport pas au top. Il faut un taxi pour faire les courses et la visite de la ville. A fuir.

A fuir! Nous étions 3 couples nous avons débourser 700€ par couple pour un appartement 3 chambre ( 5 jours) une honte l'hotel est à l'abandon nous voulions nous plaindre mais nous n'avons pas vu un seul membre du personel pendant 5 jours , notre terrasse était envahit de crotte de pigeon, moisissure dans la salle de bain, drap sale... Bref fuyez!

Nous avons séjourné au Domaine des Alizés en septembre 2022. Le domaine est à l'abandon : personne à l'accueil (nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes pour qu'un membre du personnel arrive pour le check-in), piscine en maintenance durant notre séjour, pas de restaurant, pas de bar, pas de SPA. Cela n'a été mentionné à aucun moment dans notre réservation. Si nous l'avions su, nous n'aurions pas réservé dans cet endroit. Concernant les logements, ce n'est pas mieux : odeur de canalisation dans l'appartement, cafards, douche qui fuit, lave vaisselle en panne, crottes de pigeons sur le balcon. En bref, A FUIR !

Séjour très médiocre et décevant à tout les points de vue, aucun accueil à l'arrivée, établissement laisser à l'abandon, aucun entretient, piscine non accessible, présence de cafard dans l'appartement, odeur de remonter d'égout dans les chambres, pas d'eau chaude et j'en passe....

L'appartement est très bien, rien à dire de ce coté. En revanche, il est loin de tout. Si vous n'êtes pas véhiculé, il ne faut pas y aller. C'est un appart hotel et non pas un hotel ! Si, comme nous, vous vous attendiez à des services, sachez qu'il n'y en a pas. Le restaurant est fermé, donc nos rêves de petit déjeuner ou diner sur les très jolies tables qui sont en photo sur le site, il faut oublier. La piscine est minuscule. On se gêne quand on est plus de 3 personnes dedans. Il n'y a jamais personne à l'accueil. Donc si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, débrouillez vous. Vraiment, étant loin de tout, sans restaurant et sans prestations de service, je ne vois pas l'intérêt de payer aussi cher. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon, même si les logements sont vraiment bien.
