1. The beds are stated repeatedly that they QUEEN, they are NOT QUEENS, they are FULL SIZE!
2. Hallways on ground level (pool level) are Horror movie worthy. The rain was blowing through into room windows, you could not walk through some hallway areas without getting wet. The room updates are really poor handyman's work. The area surrounding Hotel is also movie worthy. Pictures on the website are sooo deceiving!!
3. ALL the staff including the Cafe/Restaurant were AWESOME. So kind.. zero complains there.

I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the TV stations have good programs.
The best thing is of course easy access to the beach and promenade.

It was not Ocean view as advertised. We were disappointed when we found out. The room was extremely small but clean and well sticked. The staff is friendly and pro-active. We had an issue with another property at 1:15 a.m. i was looking for another hotel that would have a vacancy on christmas morning at 3 a.m. thankfully The Best Western Plos Ocean View Resort was available with staff at the desk. The staff was friendly and informative, even though i was tired and frustrated she was so kind.
Definitely a 12 star review for the front desk staff and their patience. The rooms are clean and well stocked with all supplies.

I liked the beach view from the Balcony so much.
Pool was good, Spa was not working when we went.

Right on the beach. Brought my 3 month old puppy and they all showed him love and welcomed him. The stairs go right outside to grassed area for middle of the night potty breaks ;) rooms and beds are very comfortable.
