Hotel denied to give the booked room and came up with different reasons mentioning reservation number is not valid and reservation was cancelled on the same day etc ,I have send the screenshot from the app to prove reservation is still valid and had a number of calls with hotel team to get the booked room allocated ,due to this issue my father is senior citizen waited for room about 1 to 2 hrs in hotel reception with out room allocation ,really fed up with the service and never recommend this hotel

For a place like ***tralyam, Abode is a welcome addition. The hotel has an excellent ambience with huge parking, and very near to the Raghavendra Swamiji temple. Rooms are clean and AC cools well(suite, 201, 2nd floor). Staff mean well and are good. 24 hour hot water is a relief. Our room overlooked the parking and main road, that was good. But the room service was excruciating. Asked for a cup of tea, didn't come. Asked for an iron box, came after nearly 45 minutes, after we had dressed. I learnt that the restaurant "Aahaar" on the campus belonged to a different ***agement. But these things need to be taken care of. The toilet looked unclean. Still, will choose this hotel next time as there are no options at this level.

good tiffin and aftn lunch T abode.. we had.. limited spicy..oil bit excess.. hope we need to say when ordering.. nice ambience at restaurant..good staffs .. good parking for cars..i dont know about rooms there.as we stayed opposite cottage of ***tralaya..one thing price is good for this quantity

Hotel rooms are neat and spacious but the Pillow covers and the towels supplied are dirty. Attached restaurant supplies tasty food and worth the price.Hotel Abode is very near the main entrance of ***tralayam temple and at walkable distance. Would have rated 4 but for the towels and Pillow covers it gets only 3

Decent Hotel. Clean rooms. Very near to the main ***dir of raghavendra swami. Hotel has free buggies to take drop and pick up guests from ***dir Food was ok. not much variety in Restaurant. Hotel has contacts for Private taxis for local commute and station pickup and drop

Neat and clean. Good service . Bathrooms are neat and walk able to temple. Has a restaurant at their campus where food is good. Have a tuktuk which has free ride to temple. Complimentary water bottle .

Fairly clean spacious rooms but tariff is high for the facilities provided Positives Great central location Clean spacious property with ample car parking space in open area within the hotel premises. Nothing to complain about mattress and bed spread Staff members are courteous In-premise restaurant; we did not use it Free wi-fi connectivity with usable speed Negatives No complimentary bath items, no complimentary breakfast and no kettle. Water is leaking from indoor split AC unit Odd thing is they don't provide any chair; just a sofa. The tariff is high for the amenities provided

I recently stayed at Abode - ***tralayam on June 29, 2023. I booked two suite rooms through Makemytrip. However, upon arrival at 19:40, I found that both the rooms and the restaurant were not clean. The initial rooms assigned to me were numbers 202 and 214, but I discovered cockroaches in the bathroom (in 202 room). After lodging a complaint, they provided me with another room, number 207. Unfortunately, the toilet in room 207 had urine stains, so I requested housekeeping to clean it. The staff member used the toilet brush to clean the mess by dipping it in the commode, applied toilet water to the seating area, and then used a bath towel to wipe it. Due to a language barrier, the staff member was unable to explain the situation when questioned. I expressed my concerns to the reception, but their response was very casual. They assured me that they would investigate. Additionally, the cleanliness in the restaurant was subpar, as the staff handling used plates were using their bare hands to serve food. This compromised hygiene standards. Considering these issues, I made the decision to return home the same night, despite traveling for 7 hours from Bangalore. I have sent mail request to Makemytrip to fully refund the amount, as I did not utilize either of the rooms due to the aforementioned reasons. I hope to get their support. I also suggest any travel partner companies to blacklist this hotel from their sites.
