Manila Prince Hotel

The room is big and spacious including the bathroom with bath tub. Hotel is quite old but still well maintained. The pool is small. Breakfast is delicious though not much choices. Hotel is cheap compared to other similar hotel in the area. Highly recommended if you want to have affordable yet good hotel.

Reception is not that accommodating. But the food and the Marcelino St. Cafe staff are friendly and they were able to provide good service. I also like the ambiance of the place. The bath tub

Booked and prefer double bed, indicated in trip but asigned twin beds. This is not the first time. Disappointed. My friend booked later but asigned double bed. If staff said they will try. I know they don't bother at all. Water heater was not hot. Initially was hot but ran out of hot water very fast. Ask the front desk to check. Send a technician and just feel the water and left without any explanation. Not recommended.

Searvice and crew arevery friendly and helpful. Housekeepers ate doing thier job with excellent 👏. Very courteous. Kitchen stuff , waiters and are very polite and friendly. Treatments to all guest are good.

This is the second time we stayed here, so cheap but has a good amenities and a big room although it was old building but the coldness of the room from the AC was intense so do bot foget to bring your sweater or jacket when stayed here. We booked for 2 nights at this time for new year's eve. There were a lot of people who booked it so in the morning of January 1 there were a lot of guests for the breakfast, until the queue became longer and the crew need to be fast to fill in the emptied foodwares... That was so intense during the breakfast buffet. It is near to Luneta Park and Divisoria We love in staying here, until next time Surely we will stay again here, receptionist were friendly together with security guard.. This Hotel is situated in a very dangerous scrappy run down location, close to the main roads in the capital city Manila, There is all kinds of danger to look out for, the muggers targeting tourists, pick pockets, the beggars people living rough, the poor Street vendors selling food you should not eat, the armed police and armed guards who are there to protect people from getting attacked. Now for The hotel, when I arrived I regretted it straight away because of the location and the condition of that hotel The staff was friendly and when I arrived in the reception area there was a strong smell of water dump, When I arrived at my hotel room the same thing was there the smell of dump,I decided to visit the restaurant and order some pasta when the food arrived it was too salty and I could not eat so I decided to order a chicken meal, when it arrived it was packed with white sauce and raw vegetables that too I could not eat. But I had to pay for all that, I went back to my room and I could not change my smart phone I brought the wrong charger with me and there is no USB ports in any location in that hotel to charge my phone I asked the reception for USB charger but they don't have any, she told me to go to 7 11 store in the morning. I booked a 3 day stay at that hotel but after 1 night I decided to leave that hotel in the morning for another hotel there was no refund.

Living not comfortable, the waiters here works like machines and clod attitude.
